The comfortable bedrooms ensure a pleasant stay for celebrations, gatherings, and other occasions. The villa is situated in a secure, very private, and tranquil environment.
The Space
The villa's landscaped and interconnected common areas invite you to enjoy a barbecue beside the garden, complete with an outdoor dining area next to a fish pond. There are two living-dining rooms that open directly to the garden and pool, both equipped with an integrated audio system for indoor and outdoor use.
Additional features include:
- A tropical bar with a half bathroom and a hanging chair
- A deep saltwater pool extending into the garden, complemented by stained glass windows overlooking the games room
- A games room featuring a large screen cinema with a powerful audio system, a pool table, arcade game machines, air hockey, and three additional game tables
On the first floor, the master bedroom offers private access to a sauna, jacuzzi, and a terrace with a barbecue and audio system.
The kitchen is practical and well-equipped, including:
- A very large refrigerator and freezer
- Gas stove
- Two ovens (one small and one large)
- Dishwasher
- Ample cupboards and all necessary utensils
Adjacent to a cozy underground garden, the spa and massage room can also serve as a bedroom or office space.
Guest Access
Guests have access to all areas of the villa except for the following:
- Laundry room (located next to the kitchen)
- Staff quarters (on the first floor, accessible through the laundry room)
- Service entrance corridor
- Service machine storage room (near the parking area)
- Internal roof terrace area (beyond the upper terrace or roof terrace connected to the master bedroom)
Additional Information
Cleaning staff are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Personalized laundry service is available for an additional fee. Please inquire with the host for details.

Our host was very responsive and helpful, and the rooms were good, clean, and well maintained. The services the host mentioned were delivered as promised. However, for anyone planning to spend time at the beach, access is quite difficult. The property only provides 8 beach passes for a group of 14 people, and the beach access must be through a public beach, which makes it inconvenient for large groups. Another downside was the laundry service, which costs $50 each time you want to wash clothes, something we found excessive. The pool was also very limited: it receives almost no sun, so it’s cold, and it’s not a place where you can tan or relax comfortably. Overall, while the host and cleanliness were positives, the beach access, laundry cost, and pool conditions were disappointing and important to consider before booking.

Excelente lugar para tomarte unos días de vacaciones. La casa es hermosa, todo estaba muy limpio, ordenado. Marcela (la anfitriona) es muy amable, súper atenta, en todo momento está al pendiente de cualquier necesidad que surja. El lugar es muy bonito, seguro y tranquilo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The house is beautiful and well-appointed, in a very secure neighborhood, which is very walkable/bikeable. Plenty of room for 10 adults (4 couples and 2 singles) with their own bedrooms/bathrooms and daily housekeeping service. They were very unobtrusive, and we barely knew they were there. The pass to the Reef beach club was a definite bonus. Marce was fabulous. She was a wealth of knowledge and was readily available for any questions/concerns. She found a couple of fabulous ladies that came to the house to paint our faces for the Dia De Los Muertos celebration, which was a lot of fun So many different birds to watch, along w/Coati's and Agouti's that visited us daily in the property behind the back yard, which was a treat as we are big wildlife lovers. Our only complaint is that we didn't see any monkeys. Lol. Overall, a fabulous stay!

We had an incredible stay at this villa! The property is beautiful, spacious, spotless, and perfect for groups. The bedrooms were comfortable, the pool area was amazing, and everything was exactly as described. Marce was truly outstanding—always so responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make magic happen for us throughout our trip. She made everything smooth and stress-free. We also hired Chef César for buffet-style brunch, which was a highlight of our stay. Every morning we enjoyed fresh-cut fruit, chilaquiles, tacos, guacamole, fajitas, and more. He even tailored the menu to our requests and dietary needs. It felt like having a private luxury retreat, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend both the villa and the team behind it—we would absolutely love to return!

Marce was a great host who went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Marce helped coordinate transportation, chefs, massages, and more for our group. I messaged Marce a few times throughout my stay and she always responded quickly and was available to assist with what was needed. The house itself has so many amenities, you can have a staycation there if you truly wanted to. I would def recommend this house!

Marce was an incredible host—super responsive and proactive throughout our stay. The house was beautiful, in a perfect and safe location. Unfortunately, there was a power outage that lasted about 24 hours, plus an additional eight hours on Saturday. This was completely out of Marce’s control, but she stayed in constant communication, providing updates and doing everything possible to help. She also went above and beyond in arranging extras for us, including a private chef (an absolute must!), yoga, a shuttle, and taxis. Despite the outage, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay! Marce was so helpful from start to finish. We loved sitting by the pool, bathing in the sun. It was so nice to have their private chef make us food and maids cleaning the place every morning. Honestly incredible! Thank you so much
