The Space
Our newly renovated bungalow in Playa Hermosa offers breathtaking views from every window. Wake up to surfers riding the morning waves or catch a glimpse of whales breaching offshore. The master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a vanity bench. The beds are new and comfortable, accommodating up to seven guests.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the property includes ample outdoor space, a pool, a private outdoor shower, private laundry facilities, covered parking, a screened porch, and a sun porch. This home combines style, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
The bungalow has just undergone a complete renovation. We visited monthly during the process, bringing select items from the United States to create a unique and special retreat. Everything inside is brand new except for the exceptional wood floors. Enjoy stunning ocean views with the mountainous jungle as a backdrop.
Additional updates include a brand-new kitchen, air conditioning units, modern light fixtures and fans, new windows, bathrooms, an outdoor shower, covered parking, a screened porch with a hammock, Wi-Fi, private laundry, a water filtration system, linens, and all the comforts of home. This is truly an ideal vacation home.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire bungalow, including two-car parking and the laundry room. Additionally, guests may use the community pool and grounds.

We were a group of five (three adults and two older teens) visiting beautiful Hermosa for almost a full week. The location is awesome and house had everything we needed - walk just across the street to surfing or otherwise enjoying the ocean and beach. Host was very responsive to any questions. Morning walks full of birding fun. Restaurant within walking or just a short drive. Thank you Scott for sharing your house. Pura Vida!

If you're looking for a place with unobstructed views of the beach and only 30 steps to get there, this is the place. Great screened in porch and deck areas. Overall, a very good experience. One thing to note, the loft area does not have a lot of air circulation and the AC doesn't reach it, but it stays cool enough at night. Chances are you'll be out during the day, so it's not a big deal. We would stay here again!

Book it! Ideal location with amazing ocean views, the constant sound of waves crashing, and a stone's throw to the beach. The house exceeded all of our expectations and was perfect for our familiy of five. The pictures just don't do it justice. Do yourself and your family a favor, book it!
