Located within the 900-acre Mar Vista development near Flamingo Beach, the community offers amenities such as tennis courts, an ocean-view clubhouse with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, swim-up bar, and the on-site restaurant Gracia. Hiking and biking trails and 24/7 security are also available.
Casa Serena is a professionally decorated, single-level home, eliminating concerns about stairs. Upon entering, guests are greeted by inspiring views and meticulous attention to detail designed for a relaxing stay.

Playa Grande, one of the world’s most renowned surfing beaches, is a 40-minute drive away. The lively surf town of Tamarindo is nearby, offering shopping, surf lessons, a wide variety of restaurants, and nightlife options.

Mar Vista is an evolving community, so some daytime construction noise may occur. While neighbors are asked to minimize disturbances, this is beyond the host’s control. Your understanding is appreciated.

The house is everything you imagined! Great location with beautiful views, it’s even more equipped than you could imagine, the kitchen is fantastic with absolutely everything you need. It has cooler, towels and chairs you can take to the beach! The host Alexandra was always responsive to any need or question we had. The place is safe and secure so you can enjoy your vacations with any worry! I will for sure stay again in this perfect place

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and definitely enjoyed the private aspect. The sunset views by the pool were beautiful. The blue zone team was great and responsive and helpful with tips and booking tours for us. We will definitely also miss Pete the cat. Overall highly recommend and would come back again.

La mejor casa que he alquilado por Airbnb! Y la mejor anfitriona Alexandra! Recibí un excelente trato por parte de Alexandra desde que reserve, la casa es aún mas hermosa que las fotos, la cocina muy bien equipada, la vista espectacular, los cuartos espaciosos y muy cómodos con su propio baño cada uno, hicimos los senderos, súper recomendados, incluso caminar por todo el complejo vale la pena, las playas muy cercanas. Pete el gato es muy educado y respetuoso, si van con niños que les gusten los gatos es un plus! Fuimos a Flamingo, la Marina y las Catalinas! Asado en la parrilla junto a la piscina ❤️, y unos atardeceres espectaculares desde la terraza. Pero lo que mas agradezco es el trato de Alexandra la mejor anfitriona de esta plataforma que he conocido, muy amable y atenta. Ahora esta casa va a ser nuestro lugar favorito!!!

We had a lovely stay overall, great location we got to meet Pete the Cat and explore beaches. Thanks for hosting! A few things worth noting for future guests: Upon arrival, there were some small pieces of trash around the property (plastic bags, food remains, a broken screen protector). The pool was only cleaned a day after we had arrived. Minor, yet not the nicest of surprises considering the price of the location. Our biggest concern was a camera positioned in a way that appeared to face one of the showers. Even if the final field of view doesn't directly capture the shower area, guests deserve to feel fully comfortable and private. We raised this via message but it was ignored. We'd strongly encourage the host to reposition or cover it with frosted/tempered glass. The electricity and water went out twice over three days, which we understand may be out of the host's control; just a heads up. The ACs weren't functioning well, though Alexandra proactively informed us.

Nos encantó la casa!! Pasamos en FLIA unos días maravillosos..Moderna, cómoda ,la piscina infinita con vista al mar, súper limpia y con todas las comodidades que nos gusta: parrilla, paños para llevar a la playa y mucho más. La recomiendo 100%. Volveremos

Fantastic villa in the hills with great ocean view from all rooms. Was even better than expected. The kids and we as well, loved the pool. The space in the house was modern, comfortable, spacious and luxurious. We loved our stay of three nights with a family of 5. Close to Brasilito and short drive to Tamarindo. 100% recommended!
