Views and proximity to beach make this the perfect place to stay . The space was spotless , beds were comfortable. The icing on the cake was the private pool. My kids 3yrs and 6yrs loved watching the monkeys from the amazing outside space . Do not hesitate to book .

Disappointed that there was only one king bed out of the 3 bedrooms! Other 2 beds were doubles!! Only one hair dryer for a 3br house. Ice maker didn’t work. Awkward parking. Looked newly painted, no pictures on walls.

This review is for Mariners Point B1; I hesitate to write a review because I found myself comparing this condo to others I’ve stayed in- in the same neighborhood. Being that I’m so familiar with the neighborhood, I didn’t want to be unfair, as there are pluses and minuses from condo to condo. The best thing about Mariners Point is that it is very close to the beach, and you can walk to restaurants along the beach with a medium effort to navigate the terrain. The view from this condo is pretty, but you can barely hear the ocean as there is not a lot of beachfront, and hearing the waves crashing on the beach is very therapeutic for me and is why I want to stay on the oceanfront. The condo is impeccably clean, and the beds are very comfortable, so much so that I did not miss my sleep number bed at all. I do wish they would hang some art to give a warmer and homey atmosphere.
