We had such a wonderful stay. The place was exactly like the photos. It had a beautiful view of the ocean, easy access to the beach and pool. Friendly staff on property. Will definitely be staying here again!

This is a beautiful place. The view is amazing and the beach is so nice. Secure, friendly staff. The surf break right out front was fun to play in and watch people surfing. There were snacks and drinks when we arrived. We had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was well appointed and the view was magnificent. It would have been nice to have a gate fob instead of relying on guard for entry as the guard was often absent. Thanks for the stay!

It’s a great place to stay central between San Jose and Cabo. The grounds were well kept and clean shade in afternoons were a plus for us. As others have stated there is highway noise but it was not an issue for us. I would recommend for sure.

We loved our stay here at las olas!! The best views with whales and manta rays jumping right out our condo! I even paddleboarded right up to a breaching whale and manta rays! This condos location cannot be beat and it's absolutely gorgeous inside and out!

This is the 2nd we (2 couples) stayed in Mauricio's condo. I again rate it at 5* and all my comments (see my Feb 2024 review) still apply. The condo is in unmatched location, and I am sure we will be coming back...

Great condo but NOISY! The 2 BRs are less than 20 feet from busy Rte 1 highway. Don’t come here without headphones and a speaker to drown out the traffic. You’ll need a car, but driving out of garage onto busy and windy road is not for the faint of heart! Beach is very steep but pretty, highly recommend walking SW towards Palmilla during low tide. Had to send multiple messages to get lockbox code and never received instructions. That was a bummer.
