Nellie was very accomodating and a fantastic communicator for my friends and I. She arranged pickups and drop-offs proactively to ensure we had easy transit to and from the AirBnB. The location itself is great - we were located right along the beach, there is a pool surrounded by palm trees that we enjoyed. We were also close to town, making it easy to walk to restaurants. She arranged a golf kart for us to use to travel to the dive shop where my friends and I were diving from for 3 days during our visit. Overall, I highly recommend using Nellie and her properties at Paradise Villas!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Nellie was responsive and offered great advice, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I’d definitely recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We were in unit 15B which was a second floor,  2 bedroom street side unit.  The AC worked splendidly and as we kept the windows closed, we found the unit quiet enough regardless of its proximity to the bustling street below.  It had comfortable beds and futon couch which could accommodate an additional 2 people. This unit would probably work best with no more than 4 however, as there was limited seating and dining amenities.  There seem to be plentiful hot water and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the property  which was very quiet and peaceful with coconut palms, manicured grounds, ample parking and beachfront access. Although our unit did not boast a sea view or private outdoor space, there are several units that do.  It was only a short walk via the beach to the most bustling area of San Pedro town however there were several conveniently located markets and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic! 5-10 walk almost anywhere. We had a golf cart but didn’t even use it much when in town. Beds were comfy and the place was spotless!

We were a family of 4. We were very well welcome, Nellie helps us with golf cart rental and excursion. The place is peaceful but very well located close by foot to a lots of restaurants, ferry and excursions. view on the sea. We would come back !

Great location, lovely courtyard and very helpful staff! We really enjoyed our stay. I only took off a star because there were not nearly enough chairs at the pool (they were always taken or "held" by people's towels) and there were a couple amenities that were missing. Nothing major though, the place was stocked with essentials and they brought fresh towels every other day! Many restaurants right nearby and it was about a 5-10 minute walk into the heart of town. We would come back if we visited San Pedro again!

Great location in the heart of town next to grocery stores and restaurants. Condo in Paradise Villas with a dock good pickup point for snorkeling pick up and has a pool. Provides laundry service (closed Sun) and golf cart rental reservation pick up and drop off at condo for additional fees (need to specify if paying with credit card for more fees).  Just make sure to make communicate clearly reservations and payment amounts up front. Parking is on available on site for golf cart rental. There is no self service laundry in Belize. Complimentary airport pick up and drop off is a plus. Staff is very quick to respond and assist with anything. Condo is upstairs (no elevators) and fairly quiet at night but can hear neighbors downstairs clearly in daytime and right next to front gate/street. In gated community but gates are not locked. Beach towel was provided. Highly recommend this place.

Great stay in San Pedro! Walking distance to restaurants as well as cart rental and various adventure companies. Nellie was very responsive to any questions or requests that came up. The place was a good size for 3 people. The pool just steps away was added bonus and the well placed AC units kept the condo nice and cool all day. Overall, a great choice when visiting San Pedro!

It’s upstairs but it was clean and cozy and got really cold which is very important for me I slept great!! This place is walkable to everything we rode our cart a lot and each time we made it to our destination we were steps away from home. The host is very proactive and reactive. I’ll be back for sure

Great location in San Pedro, easy access to the north half of the island as well as.great restaurants and your operators within walking distance north or south! Lots of golf cart parking in the complex and the pool was great (was almost a private pool most of the time).

the location is exactly what we wanted, which is in the middle of everything. Most of the places were walking distance. If there was any issues, the host was always on standby to attend to your needs. Overall it was a great stay.

Nellie and her team were very nice and always eager to help us. Our requests/questions were responded to immediately. The complex is no longer brand new, as is the furniture. However, everything was in good, well-maintained condition. If something is missing/broken - just contact Nellie or her team. We spent a few pleasant days in the Paradise Villas and would recommend the accommodation. All the best!

Jedoch war alles in einem guten, gepflegten Zustand. Wenn etwas fehlt/ kaputt ist - einfach Nellie oder ihr Team kontaktieren. Wir haben ein paar angenehme Tage in den Paradise Villas verbracht und würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Alles Gute!

nellies place was convenient and there was great communication

This was my fifth time staying at Paradise villas using Nellie’s  property management. The staff and everyone is very responsive. I even left a valuable outside in the common grounds at night and it was returned to me the next day by security. Every time I return to Belize, I always return to Paradise villas because of the convenience, the location, the staff, and being next to Palapa bar of course!

Really good location and very responsive host

This is our 2nd time staying in this complex, and we wouldn't look to stay anywhere else. condo is comfortable, AC is cold, the grounds and pool is awesome. The biggest selling point is the location! Right on the edge of downtown, you can walk to all the restaurants if you wanted to. There are 3 docks right outside for swimming. One of them has a great bar / restaurant - the Palapa, highly recommended. Also, walk towards the downtown on the beach, and find several excellent spots to sit down, grab a belikin and some ceviche!

We had a great stay in San Pedro, this AirBNB was located in the middle of the city near all local attractions. We enjoyed the complimentary transportation to and from the water taxi! The one thing I wish we could’ve changed was the amount of mosquitoes we encountered during our stay in the villa. I feel like every time we killed one , here came another three. I’m not sure where they were coming from but we weren’t too happy about that because we definitely woke up with a few bites. Aside from this , the trip was great! I’d recommend visiting this villa as it is in a great location! ❤️

Paradise Villas was the perfect place for us! The pool was wonderful and having access to the beach/dock was so nice! The location was right in town so we could walk pretty much everywhere. The staff are all so kind and responsive. We had a wonderful experience!

By far one of the best vacations I have taken with my family of 5. The private pools , amazing AC, access to a private dock made this stay epic. Her location is right in the middle of everything you want! Very blessed to have taken my family to San Pedro and more thankful for Nellie’s great team. Her team made sure my family had everything we needed. Her assistance with Laundry, housekeeping and transportation made being on the island so easy! When we come back to San Pedro this is where we will stay!

Nellie’s was the perfect place for our family. Great location. Walkable to tons in town, super close to a supermarket, easy to check in, great pool and “beach” access. It’s not really a beach you’d swim at, but our girls loved frolicking in the shallow water and you can see lots of fish, rays, etc off the long dock just on the beach. Close to restaurants and food. The apartment itself was all that we needed: enough space (we had a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom) for our family of 4. Well appointed kitchen, good A/C. We would happily stay there again!

This place exceeded our expectations. From the proximity to the beach, housekeeping every few days, and transportation from the airport, this was a great value.

We absolutely loved it here! Kirshan was incredibly helpful the entire time we were there. Everything he suggested we do was amazing! We will be going back

Paradise Villas is in a great location, quiet and within walking distance of all amenities. There is parking for golf carts and nice pool area for the lazy days.

We really liked the house is fair for 4 people, we slept very comfortably and it's close to everything. Nelli is always attentive and thank you for picking us up and taking us to our taxi boat. We had a great time.

Exactly as advertised. I really appreciated the complimentary transportation to and from the water taxi terminal!

Nellie’s place was great!!! Right on the beach and so pretty. She was super helpful at giving advice for the ferry and golf carts. We were picked up at the ferry and dropped off there. We had a great time, thank you!!

We narrowed down choices for places to stay in the general area to 4. Once we got there we checked out the other places we considered, and were so very glad we picked Nellie’s. The design of the villas is such that you have privacy and still a wonderful view. The pool and premises are always clean and inviting. Nellie and all staff are so friendly and were patient with us as we found our way about town. Thank you to Nellie, Katie, and staff for a wonderful stay. And a shout out to Reef Adventure tours located close by, great tip Nellie. This tour group provides the information you need and a laid back experience, great snorkel and dive tour.

Paradise villas is in the centre of San Pedro, with the ocean on one side and the busy San Pedro street the other, so walking distance to restaurants, 2 supermarkets 1 min walk away. Small complex with lovely tropical grounds. Nellie and Krishan were extremely responsive and helpful.  Got picked up from the airport and dropped off at the water taxi, so check in/out was easy. Krishan sorted our golf cart for the day and booked our snorkelling trip to Hol Chan too. The bathroom is slightly dated but didn't impact on our stay. Lots of fresh clean towels, both beach and bath towels which got replaced after 3 days which was very much appreciated

Great location, walkable to everything in town. The crew that maintained the property and grounds were very helpful and friendly. The unit could use some updates.

This felt like a safe comfortable community. Then you can walk out the front gate barefoot in the sand to get as much beach bar experience you can handle. Or drive your golf cart out the back gate for all the hustle and bustle of the cement streets. 3 markets just steps away out the back gate. The pool was really enjoyable and quiet in the late evening as well. I would choose this location over a hotel any day.

Beautiful location. Great pool, gorgeous view and water access. The apartment itself was perfect for us - good size and comfortable space. Krishan, the property manager contact, was FANTASTIC - very helpful. Got us from the doc to the condo without our even asking, was a good resource for us - overall great guy! Only drawback of the place was that the water went out one afternoon. It got fixed promptly, but the water pressure in the shower never quite recovered so it was difficult to wash hair. But other than that, overall great experience in a pretty, convenient location. Highly recommend!

Paradise! Great location, super helpful and giving with information. Ms. Nellie and Krishan were wonderful, picked us up from the water taxi, arranged golf cart dropoff and pickup, gave recommendations for local food. Apartment is an older unit but did not hinder our stay at all.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was within walking distance. Staff was very responsive and helpful with everything. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough. Staff kept the grounds in pristine shape. Security was attentive and helpful.

The location was convenient to restaurants, groceries and a fruit stand. Nellie arranged for a golf cart and laundry service at our request. I highly recommend staying here!

Paradise Villas is as advertised, as is Nellie as a super host. Communications were simple and very timely, with pickup and dropoff at the airport easily arranged, adding a person to the stay was no problem, etc. The villa was stocked with plenty of towels and serviced twice in a one week stay. Located at the north end of town, it was a short walk to everything, including a supermarket one block away (although the best one in town is 3-4 blocks away). There was no problem parking a golf cart during the days we rented one. Plus, there are security guards on the property from 7 pm until 7 am, which was comforting. The beachfront end of the villas provided quick and easy access to watch the sun rise and several good restaurants and bars. All told, a good deal for those seeking a two bedroom with living accommodations, as opposed to a hotel room.

Really nice location.  I liked being pretty close to the main part of town and within easy walking distance to a number of good restaurants and a big market.   The pier came in handy for boat taxi pickup when we went diving.  The Palapa restaurant is right there on the adjacent pier which is a good spot for drinks and music.  I would definitely return here.

Nellie was wonderful to book with and always responded quickly! The house is in the perfect location in town and worked great for our group!
