Casa Theodore is a spectacular 11 bedroom villa with 11 1/2 bathrooms, and boasting white water views from 8 bedrooms. $4,400 a night for all 11 bedrooms plus taxes and fees. All bachelor, bachelorette, and wedding parties will generate a $300 per night fee for security guard plus tax & service charge. All single male/female groups are limited to 1 person per bedroom, with a maximum of 14 guests in the 11 bedroom rate. Each additional guest would be $200 per night plus taxes. The space Special Summer offer for 2025 from July 1 - September 30, for all new bookings, we will include all 11 bedrooms for the 9 bedroom price of $3,600 instead of $4,400 plus taxes and fees. This is for new bookings only. Luxury Villa Rental in Cabo San Lucas with White Water Views, 16,500 square feet, with 11 bedrooms. $4,400 a night for Bedrooms 1-11. Please note this does include our Ocean View Suite, bedrooms 10 & 11, which is an additional $800 per night plus taxes. $3,600 a night for Bedrooms 1-9 which does not include our Ocean View Suite, bedrooms 10 & 11. Walk down the curvy staircase and you're immediately surrounded by a lush jungle of local floral and fauna, complete with the sound of a rock waterfall. Enter the hand-carved wooden doors and you've stepped into a beautifully furnished modern villa, complete with leather furniture and original paintings. Outside, the white water views are only enhanced by the beautiful sunsets. Inside, authentic Mexican flavor is provided by local artisans whose work can be seen in custom tile work and kitchen ceramics. Please note that there is a $190 per day resort fee charged for daily maid, maintenance and concierge services. Due to the current Covid19 crisis, we do not allow any outside vendors into our property, for the security of our guests and staff.
