The space The entire villa features two pools, seven bedrooms, six and a half baths, three living rooms, three fully equipped kitchens, three large decks with barbecues, and a fire pit. The villa is made up of three separate units, each with its own private entrance. It is the perfect space for a large group that wants to gather, but also wants privacy. The villa is five levels, with outdoor stairway access to all units. Guest access You are able to access the entire villa, except for the garage. Other things to note Cabo San Lucas is a safe town and Pedregal is a gated community. However, if you desire a 12-hour night time doorman at the property, cost is approximately $90 per day (prices subject to change). 12-hour doorman service is included for Dec. 31 and March 1- March 31. $100 a day extra fee if you would like the pool on the second level heated. Pool heating must be arranged prior to occupancy. (Pool at top level does not have heater.) Guest staying a week or more will be charged for one mid-week cleaning each week. Guests staying a month will be charged an additional $500 utility fee. Baby crib is available at the house. One guest must be 21 or older. The place was just as listed! The only thing would be that we didn’t pay attention to the amount of stairs there were. It’s in a great location and the house itself is beautiful. Will definitely book again!

We are so glad you loved the place.! The fact that it is on a hillside allows for great views  does require stairs. We are on the process of installing an elevator so when you and future guests come, you will be able to ride up and down with ease!

Beautiful space for our family loved every minute. Close to walk to food and things to do, but the beach is a bit of a walk. We rented cars and probably didn’t need to although easy to get to and from the airport. David was an excellent concierge set us up tennis courts and fixed any specific needs.  Claudia is an exceptional Mexican cook I would highly recommend her for dinners and lunch she’s a delight. She also makes the best flan I have ever eaten!!! I would recommend this home to anyone with a large family lots of space and your own private space!

my family and I felt very comfortable, relaxed. we enjoyed the view, and also that pretty much was walking distance. we do plan to go again. Host and security are really helpful and friendly.

I planned a retreat for a group of friends, we're all in our 40s and 50s. I'm so glad I chose Casa Amistad--the neighborhood and house felt safe, the views are spectacular and the house is luxurious, unique and beautiful. The setup was perfect for us, we rented the full three units and used the penthouse, decks and pools as common areas. Although everybody had their own bedroom, it was super easy to stay connected and communal which is what we were looking for. We were able to walk 10-15 minutes to the town, the marina to rent a boat for a custom tour, to El Farallon restaurant etc--and then to return to Casa Amistad which felt secure (very important to us) and which also was in a quiet neighborhood (also important to us). Communication before & during was excellent, wi-fi was great. We got Cabo Grocery Girls to stock our fridge ahead of time. Note: GPS is tricky--have your driver go to the Waldorf Astoria first, then you'll see the gate to Pedregal, go thru and THEN go to the house.

This place is incredible.  So much room for a big group.  We had 8 guys for a golf weekend and it was perfect.  Know that there are a lot of steps to get up to different levels, but the place is gorgeous.

Glad you had such a good time.  Yes, there are a lot of steps as we are on a hillside that provides fabulous views, but we are in the process of installing an elevator to make it easier for guests.

We stayed at Denise's place for my sister's bachelorette with 15 girls!  It was the perfect place to stay with plenty of beds and bathrooms.  The location could not have been more perfect.  We could easily walk down to the marina and downtown!  I would highly recommend this house.

Our family, 13 in total, rented all three levels of Denise’s home. We truly enjoyed the openness and comfort of being able to use all three levels. We had spectacular sunrises from, all three. The close proximity to the marina, and restaurants was perfect! We were fortunate in that Denise didn’t have renters in the day before we arrived, so we paid a nominal fee to get an early check in. Denise and her property managers could not have been more friendly, and helpful.

My husband & I stayed at the villa with a group of friends to celebrate our marriage. It's exactly as pictured! Tons of space, two fantastic pools and extremely convenient location to walk to restaurants/bars, etc. The neighborhood has some bizarre security protocols which are a bit annoying, but we felt very safe. The house manager David was extremely communicative and immediately jumped in to assist when we had a security gate issue. We would 100% recommend to anyone & would definitely stay again! You really can't find a better value.

Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed the house. Pedregal is a gated community that takes security of residents seriously. There are two security gates close by the house leading into town. One closes at 8 and renters have the option to hire a security guard to open it any time during the night if they want access in and out after 8. But this not required. The other nearby gate is open all night long, with a security guard there 24 hours.

Denise was extremely helpful from initial booking, through the stay, and even helped after checkout. Great Airbnb in clean condition, walkable to everything in Cabo and has some great views! We did unfortunately experience a power outage that shut down all of Pedregal but we heard this was a very rare occurrence. When the power went out, Denise had her property manager stop by immediately with flashlights and portable charging packs for our phones. Everything was handled great and I can’t speak highly enough of our entire stay, regardless of the power outage.

Denise’s home was so beautiful and the perfect Cabo escape! There was plenty of space for my 14 group bachelorette trip. The location was also perfect - just a 5min drive to the downtown, ocean, and restaurants. I’d highly recommend Casa Amistad - the stunning infinity pools are great for relaxing, and have a gorgeous view. We also felt very safe here, as it’s a gated community, with onsite security also available. Denise, Bianca, and Milvia were extremely helpful with coordinating logistics for transportation, grocery delivery options, and answering any questions we had! Their responsiveness made our trip so seamless.

There were a few chairs on the pool deck that were unusable due to tears in the seat. Some of the remotes didn't function very well. Might have to change batteries. Other than those, it was a great stay.

There were 14 of us and it was super helpful to have the 3 different levels for those who wanted more privacy. But there were lots and lots of stairs! Be aware of that in case you have any elderly people in your party. Views were amazing from every level! Walk to downtown is 5 minutes and Uber meets right outside the gate for convenience. Bianca was super helpful in getting our airport transfers handled for us and in answering any questions I had before the trip.

Casa Amistad was a fantastic place for me to host my bachelor party. Easily walkable from downtown but secure and quiet inside of Pedregal. Denise was also great at responding to any questions and even had fantastic recommendations for tequila tastings!

Fantastic location relative to downtown with the only downside being the long walk around to get back at night. Amazing stay for my friends and I and we could not reccomend Denise and her gorgeous villa more as the place to stay while in Cabo.

Denise / Bianca, as well as their management team, were excellent hosts. This is the second time that I have stayed at this airbnb and will continue doing so. The entire villa is even better in person, and the location is very safe and secure. You cannot enter Pedregal without checking in with security which is a great benefit of this neighborhood. I especially recommend this spot for a Bachelor/Bachelorette group. The two infinity pools have views that will make you not want to leave. It’s a perfect set-up for a large group where everyone can be comfortable, but still have their own privacy and can congregate when needed. It’s also not far from the downtown area, which is easily within walking distance.

Wow! What a spectacular place. Casa Amistad was stunningly beautiful, spacious (three floors, if you want all 3 units; 2 pools, lots of lounge space) and comfortable. It had everything we needed in the house. There are a few entry points into the community (Pedregal) - the main entrance, a secondary entrance in the middle part of the community and a third gate that is closest to the house. The third gate gives you very easy access to town, restaurants, stores, etc. that are less than 5 minutes away. While it has limited hours (access closes around 7 or 8 depending on the night, 8 on weekends, I think), it makes it incredibly convenient to access a lot of what you need/want in the downtown area. We highly recommend this house and Denise and here team who hosted us. Great experience!

We stayed at Casa Amistad for 3 nights and had a great time. The place was amazing. It had 3 stories with plenty of beds for the 11 of us. The view is spectacular and location is great because it’s walkable to downtown. Denise and her team were great. Very responsive and helped us set up transportation whenever we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a sweet family and the location just can’t be beat! We walked to the marina and downtown several times and so appreciated the proximity to our activities and interests. The space accommodated our four-household family very well and we all really loved having privacy and also lots of great spaces to hang out together. As a side note, I left a number of things behind and the house manager was incredibly kind and accommodating and shipped them super quickly back the U.S.

Stayed here with colleagues for a work event. It was nice to have a parking spot right in front of your house, and not have to worry about your car at all. We were only there during late evenings as we were out all day for work events, but the location was beautiful, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The master shower doesn't have a lot of pressure to wash your hair, so just pop into another shower if you need to do that :) Otherwise, views were fantastic, and location was awesome. Walkable to restaurants downtown! Not far at all.

This house was everything plus more than I expected! From location to the hospitality, it definitely was the best place to celebrate my birthday. It’s a great place to stay. 5min walk from San Lucas Downtown, curious, Marina, Cabo Wabo. The house is nicer than the pictures. Although we rent the whole house that is divided in 3 different floors/sections. Every section has its own master bdrm, kitchen and the two top floors has its own pool. The one in the middle being the biggest pool. Beautiful views from the top 2 floors specially from the penthouse master suite. They arrange our transport, very recommended and affordable for our group of 8. Cheaper y Uber for 1 person. Great experience!

Fantastic spot for a group to explore Cabo. It's a great launching point because you can walk to and from town easily, groceries are nearby, and the security is great. The house is bigger than in the pictures, with really awesome pools, just a great house all around. Hosts were great too!

The stay at Casa Amistad was amazing!  The Airbnb was exactly as advertised.  Denise and the hotel management team were very responsive with all questions and requests.  I highly recommend the chef and airport shuttle service that Denise partners with.  They already know Casa Amistad so everything is smooth sailing.

They were incredibly accommodating prior to our trip, helping with references for catering, grocery stocking, and Covid testing.  They were incredibly detail oriented and provided lots of great pre-arrival information that made the trip seamless.  We were greeted upon arrival by friendly staff who gave us a tour of the home, answered any questions we had, and provided us with personal phone numbers to call should we need anything.  The house also came with 24/hour security which was wonderful.  Great location, beautiful home, very accommodating staff.  Can't recommend enough!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. There were 15 of us for a bachelorette party and we all fit comfortably. Denise was very accommodating. She offered us transportation services, chef services and a grocery delivery service. The house is divided into 3 separate levels and each level has its own private entrances. The top 2 levels each have a pool and the bottom level has an outside staircase with access to the pool in the unit above it. This place is perfect for multi families traveling together. The neighborhood was well situated and near to restaurants and bars. It is about a 15 minute walk into town. There is a number to call down to the gate and arrange a taxis if you don’t want to walk. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time in Cabo!

The pictures of this place doesn’t do it justice. It’s absolutely beautiful. All the rooms are huge with lots of room for everyone. The windows open up to the terrace for a beautiful view of the town and sea of Cortez.  Everything we needed was within walking distance, restaurants, groceries, shopping, beaches.

Denise and her Daughter Bianca are 5 star hosts who go over and above in my opinion from once you book to the time you Leave. They helped with transportation to and from the airport, scheduling chef services to come make breakfast, help with scheduling COVID test and I could go on all day on how great they were. We had a group of 12 for 2 bachelor parties in one weekend and it was awesome. Location is amazing as well. We loved the place and had a fantastic weekend.

Denise was a 5 star host, she went above and beyond for myself and 10 other guests. The home is way better than the photos show, super spacious on all 3 levels and the views and all I have to say is wow with the pools and the views. I couldn’t have asked for anything more with Casa Amistad, I would recommend getting security so that you can walk downtown and going around to the main gate is a trek, but security is super affordable and well worth the cost. Denise also helped setup stocking the home with food, transportation, and a meal prepared for us one of the nights 5 stars in every way Thanks again Denise!

Her and her staff did a tremendous job communicating with us, and were tremendously accommodating from the moment we booked the Villa, all the way through the weekend of our stay. Denise has great recommendations for transportation to and from the airport, for a chef to cook a meal at the Villa during the trip, as well as for groceries to be delivered to the Villa once all guests arrive. Otherwise, the Villa has a beautiful view of downtown Cabo, and is walking distance to downtown and to Cabo's marina area. Plus the infinity pools at the Villa are excellent! As someone with 2 young kids, I would recommend Denise's Villa not only to groups of friends, but also to families who are just looking for a week or weekend-long family getaway. Thank you Denise!

Denise (and her team) were absolutely wonderful hosts. I had booked this house at the beginning of 2020 and was unable to take our trip due to the pandemic. During that time, Denise was very helpful and accommodating to our group to make sure we all felt safe and at home when traveling to her air bnb. She was able to send be numerous referrals to make our travel much easier including: round trip airport transportation, in-house chefs, and in-depth information on covid testing. The actual place was extremely spacious, with 2 gorgeous infinity pools overlooking the heart of Cabo and our group of girls could not stop talking about how amazing the location was (so close to local shops and restaurants). It was a long time in the making, but we all agreed we would look forward to coming back to Casa Amistad one day!!

Gorgeous views of the Pacific from the warm infinity pools are a definite highlight, and it's also an easy walk into town. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Casa Amistad was amazing! We stayed here for my friend's bachelor party and had 11 guys. It had the best views and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Our favorite time during the trip was just hanging out on the spacious patios of the 3rd and 4th floors which each had an infinity pool overlooking Cabo Bay. Denise and her daughter Bianca were in constant communication with me before our stay and helped us book roundtrip transportation to and from the airport and private chef services. They were great hosts!

Location and views are breathing taking.  Having 2 pools at your finger tip while we cook and drink cocktails was the best part of our trip.  Can't beat the amazing sunset and sunrise.  It is a a gated community and they are very strict and stick to the rulers.  If Denise offers to have a guard to get in and out of the gate closer to the house, I highly recommend to do so.  The walk to the main gate is far. The gate closer to the house stops allowing access after 6:00pm.  The town was less then a 10 minute walk from that gate from the main gate your adding about another 15min.  Perfect location to come with a big group and have privacy at the same time.  Denise was an awesome and responsive host! We will stay again.

Denise's place was great. Everything in walking distance from shopping, beaches, clubs and restaurants. This place is on top of a hill and does not have an elevator. There are many steps so bring sneakers/gym shoes. This place is spacious for up to 14 - 16 people and that's doubling up in some bedrooms and there are sofa beds. I would definitely stay here again. Oh the pools are not heated.

So glad you loved the place and its proximity to town.  During your visit, the weather was unusually cool for Cabo and we did attempt to keep the pools as warm as possible with solar pool covers.   We will look into installing heaters next winter..  During the Spring , Summer and Fall, heaters are definitely not needed as the sun keeps the pool water nice and warm!

This Airbnb was AWESOME and perfect for our bachelorette party!! Denise was more than helpful with providing local tips and tricks in addition to providing transportation help to and from the airport. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Expect nothing but greatness. This property is amazing. Perfect location. My group of 22 was comfortable in the space provided.  Minor flaw, no hot water. Luke warm only. Other than that, zero complaints. Highly recommend. You won't regret it. The place was very clean and beautiful.

Glad you had such a great time!  As for the water temperature, we always adjust it to our guests' liking. All it takes is a small adjustment  by our property manager to the water heater setting.  Some guests prefer warm water in this hot climate while others like it hotter.  We always encourage our guests to reach out to our very helpful property manager to adjust anything they would like to make their stay extremely comfortable!

The villa is amazing!  Plenty of space to accommodate a large group, 2 pools, and multiple kitchens.  Located a short walk from town.  Denise is very available to answer all questions and give local tips.

Amazing space and very accommodating host! We really enjoyed the pools and having multiple levels to spread out on! It’s a little hard for cabs and ubers to find, as the address does not come up in Google Maps, but this could be very easily fixed if the address was added to Google Maps. It’s also a very short walk to get out of the neighborhood, where it is easy to request ubers. Would highly recommend this place for a large group. We were a group of 16 on a bachelorette party and we had plenty of room!

I stayed at Casa Armistad with some friends for the weekend. Our stay was even better than expected! The pictures don’t do the place justice; it’s an amazing place to stay if you have a large group spending time on Cabo. Highly recommended!

Fabulous! Location is excellent -extremely walkable to Cabo and there’s even a little market just a block away for groceries. Recommend getting the chef and Transpo service!

What can I say, it was amazing. Denise was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and very helpful. The house was large, beautiful and secured in a gated community that was super easy to get right out Into the heart of Cabo. Highly recommend this house for your vacation in Cabo. Casa Amistad is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Spacious, luxurious, and beautiful inside and out. The property has everything a group needs. There is plenty of private space and living quarters while the common areas make it perfect for your group experience. Hands down the best choice we could have made for a property in Pedregal. Denise and her team took our stay to a whole new level with the exceptional service and response. Upon arrival we noticed one room might have had an AC issue, Denise had her team there immediately to take care of us. We wish we could have stayed forever. We will definitely be returning to Casa Amistad and look forward to working with Denise again! In conclusion, if your traveling with a group and want an amazing property, perfect location, and great service this is place for you! THANK YOU DENISE - we LOVE Casa Amistad!
