The Space
Villa Real is situated on a scenic hill in Santa Teresa, just a 7-minute drive from the main road where you will find shops, restaurants, and the area's top surf spot. Due to its hillside location, only 4x4 vehicles or ATVs can access the villa; standard 4x2 cars cannot reach the property. Walking to the beach is not possible from the villa.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests, with pricing adjusted based on the number of occupants.

La vista de la casa es espectacular, la casa es súper espaciosa, todo estaba limpio y ordenado, camas cómodas y baños limpios. La piscina es súper amplia, perfecta para refrescarse y con una vista al mar preciosa. Sin embargo, si es notorio que le falta un poco de mantenimiento a la casa y a la piscina. La atención de Milena fue excelente, siempre disponible y respondiendo rápidamente a lo que se necesitara. Un aspecto a favor es que ofrecen servicio de limpieza diario, lo cual no es común en este tipo de alojamientos.

¡La estadía fue muy amena! Tuvimos un imprevisto en nuestro viaje y nos ayudaron rápidamente a resolverlo. La casa es muy cómoda, baños amplios y limpios, la cocina equipada, y una piscina increíble. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos acá :)

Exactly as described and just like the photos! The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the privacy of the setting. The only thing to note is that there’s no drinking water, and we only learned about it upon arrival. Overall, a great experience with very responsive communication throughout.

La casa es muy bonita, acogedora y está ubicada en un lugar sumamente tranquilo, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Es importante tomar en cuenta que se necesita un vehículo 4x4 alto, ya que para llegar hay que cruzar un río y el acceso puede ser complicado. La limpieza fue excelente: todas las áreas de la casa se encontraban muy aseadas. Sin duda, una excelente opción.

Es un lugar espectacular, con una vista increíble hacia la playa, siempre hubo una atención constante en limpieza, orden y mantenimiento de l casa. Justamente piensan en los que vamos a vacacionar 🫶🏻 Y definitivamente por ahora, solo vehículos 4x4.
