Holiday Booking Policy
Please verify your travel dates carefully and select only one holiday period when making a reservation. If your dates differ, contact a reservation agent to discuss accommodation options.
Holiday Dates for 2025 & 2026:
- Thanksgiving: November 23 - 30 (2025 and 2026)
- Easter Week: March 29 - April 4, 2026
Christmas and New Year
Reservations arriving between December 19, 2025, and January 6, 2026, require a minimum stay of 7 to 10 nights. Specific periods may apply. Please contact us before booking online during this timeframe.

Loved our stay! We would either take our golf carts down to town or walk down & up! It was a good workout - our kids could definitely do the walk down! Golf carts were so fun. The views were amazing, better than pics! And Hilary, who helped us daily - was amazing! Adriana was so helpful on what’s app. Definitely excited to go back & stay with Stay in Tamarindo again!

This place was perfect! I went for my bachelorette trip and it honestly could not have worked out better. Adriana reached out to us in advance and helped us plan everything which made the whole trip feel so easy. Thank you for making our trip 10/10!! I’ve already sent the link to multiple people from social media who asked where we stayed. I loved it!

Casa Ventanas was perfect for our group -- a family of four, plus three of my son's friends. We felt right at home -- It was spacious for everyone without feeling too big. The views are incredible. Adriana was immensely helpful -- we would've been lost (literally) without her. She arranged transportation, which took the stress out of getting to/from the airport. And she set up fun activities so we could max our time in Tamarindo. The next time we're in Costa Rica, I'll definitely stay with Stay in Tamarindo!

We can't say enough about our 5 days at Casa Ventana. The views, hospitality, care for the home, privacy and the staff (Adriana & Hilary) were kind, helpful and helped us navigate everything for us. A wonderful place for family and vacationing and relaxing.

This house was everything and more as promised. Adriana was very responsive and was even able to set up a Birthday surprise of balloons for my 40th celebration. She was quick to respond with restaurant recommendations and to set up daily activities. Hilary was there every morning to help with cleaning and making a delicious breakfast. She was able to tailor our meals from what we bought at the market, and created a lovely spread before we went out on our excursions. I would 100% book with this company again, and look forward to staying in one of their rentals in the future.

Adrianna & Hillary were great , very helpful , always on it - casa ventana is a beautiful place with a amazing view and host - make sure you have a car for the hill
