This listing includes two separate villas within Villa Neptuno Residences. Each villa contains:

Stayed here for my husband’s birthday with family . The host was super responsive and attentive . The house was beautifully decorated and the environment felt safe and peaceful.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Neptuno in Cabo. Our group rented both Villas 5 and 20 for two families, and the setup was perfect. The villas provided plenty of space and privacy for each family while still being close enough to gather together and enjoy time with one another. Both villas were exactly as described - spacious, very clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and made for a relaxing vacation. The host was exceptional - responsive, accommodating, and readily available to answer any questions. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, but it was reassuring to know assistance was available if needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay at Villa Neptuno again. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

For a group of 6 renting 2 villas, the place was amazing. Good price point, quiet, and some of us are birders si the mornings heading the various birds was great. Is nice after spending the day downtown, to return to a quiet house and poolside was great. Malena was a great host, giving us really good options for food. If your comfortable driving in the region, o would suggest a car rental as we did. The Villa Neptuno is quite a distance from most attractions and while that's appealing for the quietness, it could mean multiple rideshares back and forth. Overall great experience!

We were a little surprised upon arrival to find out the villas were located on opposite ends, we thought the villas would be next to each other, so consider that if traveling with family. Villa 5 was updated, minor issues with tv not working, the kitchen is not equipped with what we’re used to as far as airbnbs with things such as oil, coffee, sugar, but that wasn’t a big deal. Villa 20 was out dated not worth the price there were walls in main bathroom and and main bedroom deteriorating, smelled like mildew. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Consider the location is non refundable after 24 hrs, swimming pool is nice, the hot tub was lukewarm. We did have an incident where a “villa owner” tried to kick us out of the pool. Very expensive location for the overall experience.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Villa Neptuno. Villa 5 in particular is great for a large group and we were able to have many dinners there. The real highlight for us was the pool, it’s fantastic and not busy at all. Access to Villa Neptuno is off a highway so it isn’t walkable, but it was a short drive or Uber to everything we needed.

Great stay overall! The location was excellent—very close to downtown and all the action in Cabo. The place was clean and comfortable, and the owners were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working, which we wish had been available. Otherwise, a really solid stay in a fantastic location.

The host was very responsive and helpful when we were trying to make reservations for dinner and activities. We spoke for months leading up to the trip and it was a great experience. Even when the property trying to give her a hard time about something they assumed was my group and wasn’t she handled it very well and professionally. Absolutely great stay

My family and I enjoyed this stay very much. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and proactive. Anytime we need something she was there and always answering questions in a timely manner. Definitely would stay here again!

La estancia en Akupara fue increíble, en el lugar se respira mucha paz, el interior es súper cómodo, nunca nos faltó nada hablando de algún accesorio, los jardines muy cuidados, la alberca Deli y la ubicación super buena, rentando coche llegas rápido a todo lo importante. Además la atención de Malena siempre fue insuperable, siempre atenta y disponible. Recomiendo bastante quedarse en ese bello lugar.
