Hilltop Hideaway with Ocean View

Enjoy the ocean views and ocean breeze from this peaceful hilltop hideaway located at the end of a dirt road. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day of surfing. The beautiful and spacious modern house sits on over an acre of fenced in yard with lots of new fruit trees recently planted. The property is located in a private gated community with a couple of food options right around the corner. Santa Maria beach is just a short walk away, less than a mile down a dirt road. The space This modern design and open floor plan includes a kitchen, living room and dining area all in one spacious room with high ceilings. There are two large double sliding doors with screens, allowing you to enjoy the view while making dinner. The covered back patio is the star of the show! Sit back and let the ocean breeze wash over you while you enjoy the sunset, or watch the storms roll through during the rainy season. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel pots and pans, large mixing bowls, and plenty of tableware. There is a full sized fridge, french press, microwave, and a blender. The gas stove has 6 burners and an oven. There are three AC units: one in the main living space, and one in each bedroom. The primary bedroom and bathroom share an open floor plan with the closet dividing the two spaces. Next to the queen bed is a double sliding door that opens up onto the patio and the backyard. There is ample closet space and a full dresser. The large shower space includes two separate shower heads and a window with the ocean view! The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed with a large closet space behind the bed. The main bathroom has one shower and there are also two additional outdoor showers. One of them is in the middle of a spiral wall in the backyard next to the patio. The hallway has a desk that could be a workspace if needed. There are 6 security cameras, only on the outside of the house. Custom metal security doors have been added to all of the doors which can be seen in the pictures of the "Exterior". Guest access The entire house is open for use, except for a couple of small locked closets. Other things to note GLO Flex Cafe and Health Center is just a one minute walk down the road. They offer yoga, fitness, and meditation classes as well as wellness treatments and cooking classes. The cafe is open almost everyday 8-10am and is available for special requests too. Aryana's Restaurant is just past GlO Flex, next to the main Road. We can help you book surf lessons, massages, or visits to the turtle sanctuary. Just let us know how we can help. We know of a few different private taxi drivers that can bring you to and from the airport or into Chinandega or Leon. Let us know if you want help booking them. If you plan to cook during your stay we recommend that you stop at a grocery store in Chinandega on the way. The nearest ATM is in El Viejo which is about 40 minutes away. You can get basic things in Aserradores, which is a 5 minute drive. You can use Nicaraguan Cordoba or US dollars to purchase most things in Nicaragua.
