This was one of our best vacations ever. The beach and surroundings are amazing. Quiet, private and peaceful. We saw nesting turtles and listened to the waves every night. The pool was perfect to cool down on those hot days, and the house was exactly as expected. The host Kerstin, was so kind, thoughtful and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Snorkeling in front of the house from the beach was better than the paid snorkel tours. The beach is clean and quiet. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend this home enough.

Amazing house and location!

Beautiful place right on a white sandy beach. Large living areas as well as bedrooms. Huge windows make sure you always have access to the turquoise waters. There is even a palapa on the beach, we spent all our afternoons here. Very private and safe neighborhood. Kerstin is very helpful and accommodating. Book this if available!

House and location were perfect, great communication with host!

Kerstin’s place is amazing! The house is beautiful, plenty of space, cold a/c in the bedrooms, and a sparkling pool just steps from the ocean. Kerstin was so helpful with arranging transportation, groceries, etc. There was a slight booking issue (not her fault!) and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We can’t recommend this place enough! Can’t wait to return!

Book now if you’re looking for an easy, peaceful place on a great beach with everything you need. The other positive reviews are accurate. A car is good to have unless you stock up for your whole stay on arrival and don’t intend to visit anything else. Kerstin and the team are super friendly, highly responsive but not intrusive. The bay is stunning and in addition to the turtles laying we got to see plenty of tropical fish, corals and an eagle ray. The beach bar nearby has fun staff, good food and great cocktails but it is not at all noisy and closes down at 9pm. Do ask the volunteers there about the turtles! Chichen Itza is an easy drive (2hrs) and there’s plenty of cenotes nearby. This vacation was like a dream! It exceeded our expectations. The vacation home was clean, in excellent condition and beautiful. It accommodated all of our needs. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen equipped. The beach was glorious. The pool was refreshing. Kerstin was available and willing to help with all our needs - a shuttle from the airport, delicious meals prepared by Rosa, setting up our covid tests and more! We hope to return someday soon!

Kerstin was very responsive and helpful, from directions to the property to suggestions on what we shouldn’t miss while we were there. The house is lovely, just as pictured and the beach feels as though it is all your own, with very minimal traffic along it’s shores. We and t with three teenagers, and though we had a little trepidation about having no televisions, the kayaks , library of books and pool provided enough entertainment for them.
