No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Lot of restrictions and very noisy with work next door probably renovations early morning at 8 AM itself loud hammer noise, disturbed late sleeper! Place has good views of pool but not the beach side, easy access but door didn’t have dead bolt just pin entry which felt was unsafe at nights! Overall nice clean place but host wasn’t accommodating much of the requests and didn’t communicate the restrictions ahed of time.

Nice place to land between activities! The pool looked nice but we didn’t have a chance to enjoy it since we were busy with excursions. We loved the beach and the surf lessons from biosurf right in front of this condo. The condo was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Shout out to the property manager, Adele. She is so nice and gave us great recommendations on restaurants.

Great location, beautiful condo! We had a great time for our first trip to Costa Rica. Perfect place to immerse yourself in the culture. The workers at the condo were very knowledgeable and proud of their country. We enjoyed our time here so much.

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed it very much, the location is great just steps away from the beach, just as we were looking for our stay. Just a couple of points for improvement, which would not limit me from staying here again but would be good for you to consider: 1. The internet could be improved in terms of speed and capacity. 2. In the main bedroom, the water in the shower was not very strong, I could not use it. See you soon.

El lugar es muy bonito, pero hay cosas que se deben mejorar: la entrada es a las 4pm, y aunque dan la opción de entrar más temprano, es casi imposible comunicarse directamente con el anfitrión para coordinar. La salida es demasiado temprano, a las 10am, no da tiempo de aprovechar la mañana, debería ser a mediodía. Hay que pagar el parqueo por aparte ($10.00] diarios). Por alguna razón, a pesar de que las piscinas son preciosas, estaban demasiado calientes por lo cual era imposible refrescarse en ellas. Rescato la atención de Gabriel, uno de los guardas y de Edel, la administrativa, que brindan un excelente servicio y están siempre en la mejor disposición de colaborar.
