Comfortable sofas and armchairs provide a stylish lounge space by day and can be converted into additional sleeping areas for guests. A dedicated workstation with reliable internet access is available for work or vacation planning.

The bright and airy space also includes a large dining table and a kitchen with a breakfast bar designed to facilitate interaction between the living area and kitchen activities. Sliding doors open to lush outdoor greenery, seamlessly extending the living space.

The kitchen is a chef’s delight, combining vintage elements with modern design. It is fully equipped with granite countertops, a refrigerator, oven, stove with cooking top, kitchen island, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and an indoor grill. All essential cookware, dishes, and silverware are provided.

This elegant home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across three bedrooms:

• One bedroom with a queen bed and two single beds
• One bedroom with two small double beds
• One bedroom with a king-size bed

Each bedroom is tastefully decorated to create a peaceful and refined environment, ideal for rest after exploring the surrounding nature and black-sand beaches.

There are three pristine bathrooms featuring modern designs and walk-in showers, along with a separate restroom without a shower for added convenience.

On the second floor, a lounge overlooks a charming inner garden with a fountain. This space includes a pool table, additional seating with couches and armchairs, custom wood furniture, a small kitchenette, a dining table, and a TV.

Outdoors

The outdoor area of this remarkable property is equally impressive. It offers a barbecue space furnished with natural wood furniture and a private swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery. You may enjoy visits from local wildlife such as scarlet macaws and iguanas, adding to the tropical ambiance.

• Visits by additional guests incur a $25 per day per person fee.
• Guests should bring personal and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Construction or renovations may be ongoing nearby.
• Cribs are available by reservation and subject to availability.
• Repellent, sunscreen, sandals, or water shoes are recommended.
• Property managers Vicky and Don Rafael may be present on-site.
• Well-behaved pets are welcome except for dangerous breeds; a $25 fee per pet applies. Pets must be leashed and waste cleaned up.
• Typical lunch or breakfast service is available for $50 plus ingredient costs per day (subject to availability).
• Extra cleaning services are offered at $85 with supplies or $65 without (check availability).
• Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional $200 each (subject to availability):

• Beach club access is no longer included under new Hermosa Palms policies.
• Beach access remains free.
• Guests are reminded to respect the ocean and avoid swimming during high tides or under the influence of alcohol.
• The house accommodates up to 12 guests. Additional guests must bring their own towels and sleeping arrangements; extra fees cover house utilities and amenities only.
