The house is perched on a mountainside, providing complete privacy and multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the surrounding rainforest. Whether you want to swim in the infinity-edge pool, relax on the sun deck perfect for stargazing, play billiards, practice yoga on the spacious upper deck, soak in the large outdoor bathtub, gather around the fire pit, or simply take in the vibrant wildlife, this home offers a peaceful jungle experience.
Birdwatching is abundant here, with toucans, large macaws flying in pairs, white-faced monkeys, and the occasional neighborhood sloth making appearances.

Casa Tres Pajaritas is situated just 5 minutes north of Dominical, a renowned surfer’s paradise that also offers a variety of eco-adventures. Playa Dominical is ideal for experienced surfers, while the quieter Playa Dominicalito is better suited for beginners and often features local fishermen selling fresh catch.

Wow! Quelles merveilleuses vacances dans cette villa! Nous avons la chance de louer des résidences chaque année dans différents endroits et celle-ci a vraiment été au-delà de nos attentes. Tout était conforme à l’annonce : photos, maison, vue et équipements. Une mention toute spéciale à Diane, qui a été extraordinaire et très présente tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours disponible et rapide à répondre, elle a grandement contribué à rendre nos vacances encore plus agréables. L’annonce indique qu’un 4x4 est nécessaire et c’est effectivement le cas. Le chemin fait partie de l’aventure, mais nous avons été accompagnés à notre arrivée et très bien guidés. Nous étions une famille de six avec quatre enfants de 11 à 19 ans et tout le monde a adoré! Rien de négatif à dire. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation. Un immense merci à Diane, aux propriétaires et à toute l’équipe! 🇨🇷❤️

This place is amazing!! We absolutely loved our time here!! Perfect location so close to dominical downtown. Besides all the great restaurants and shops awesome vibe! Our boys loved the soccer field played every day! So close to the best waterfalls! The home itself is very spacious and cozy! Feels like home! Gorgeous shower rooms! Beautiful bedrooms and very comfortable mattresses!! The kids loved the bunk bed roo! The outdoor area is super beautiful and fun!! The pool is great!! We played lots of pool table. Lots of animals visited! Butterfly’s and birds galore! The view is breathtaking! Jungle lush green! Very private and quiet! We would absolutely love to visit again! Or as the kids said “we could live here”! Lots of beautiful memories created here!! Thank you team and Diana for quick response easy communication and for the early check in! We used the kitchen a lot it has everything you need!! Love this place very much!!

We LOVED our stay here! We traveled with two kids (7 and 9) and they really wanted to stay in a house where we could see wildlife from the house …and boy, did this house deliver! We watched toucans sit on the trees every morning and afternoon. A family of monkeys loved visiting the fruit tree next to the house every morning. We saw all different kinds on birds, along with many other animals! The house itself is stunning and exactly like the pictures, if not even better! Very clean! We loved the location! It was centrally located to all the activities we did. You do need 4x4 to get to the house, but after the initial drive up, it’s not bad at all! Even after big rains, we had zero issues with the road. We hope to return someday to this little piece of heaven!

The views of the jungle and sliver of the ocean were awesome! The drive up was not bad and got easier every time we went up. The house was equipped with everything you needed…grill, blender, etc. The water pump went out and they replaced it that day. We saw white faced monkeys, toucans, blue butterflies and an agudi all from the pool. Nice place for 2 families with a bunk room.

This place is great, a beautiful home in a beautiful location. The interior design is definetly a step above the average 4.5 or 5 star rated places. Everything is as advertised. You of course need a good vehicle to drive up the hill. Loved it.

The views, sounds, pool, and house were truly 5 stars!! We were there with our 3 and 5 year old as well as our 73 year old Tutu (grandma) and it was the perfect relaxing space for all of us! We absolutely loved the private Chef Diego and sous chef Damian! As well as my massage with Karen on the balcony was dreamy!! A perfect family getaway! ;)

Our stay at Casa Tres Pajaritas was absolutely beautiful. The home is stunning, peaceful, and perfectly immersed in the jungle while still feeling luxurious and comfortable. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying the incredible views from the pool and outdoor spaces was truly magical. The location is fantastic as well. Being just minutes from Dominical made it easy to explore beaches, waterfalls, and wildlife while still feeling completely private. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts and the whole team for creating such a special place and for making everything smooth and welcoming throughout our stay. We are very grateful for the experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this jungle paradise. 🤍✨
