I came for my bachelorette! The staff was very friendly and made us feel very safe. We didn’t feel unsafe throughout our entire stay. The concierge Lara is also amazing!! She was able to help us with so much. She was responsive throughout our stay as well. I loved our stay and would like to visit again in the future.

We stayed here for our company offsite and had an incredible experience. Lara was exceptionally supportive and responsive from start to finish — she helped us organize airport pickups, private chefs, and tours, all of which were top-notch and high quality. The property itself was perfect for a team retreat. A crew came by daily to clean the entire house, including the pool, which kept everything spotless and comfortable. The space was beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a productive and relaxing week. Truly a 5-star stay. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely return.

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Colina! The property is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by lush greenery with stunning views that make you feel completely at peace. The house itself is spacious, tastefully designed, and perfectly maintained, offering a great mix of comfort and style. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy everything Tulum has to offer. The host was equally great — responsive and attentive to every detail. From the moment we booked through checkout, communication was seamless, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We can’t recommend Casa Colina highly enough and would absolutely love to come back again. It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway in Tulum!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home

My friends and I recently stayed here for my birthday and we had a great time. We took advantage of the private chef, transportation, decoration, grocery delivery, and cake delivery services recommended by the lovely concierge Lara. She was like my personal party planner helping me for months, answering questions, providing recommendations, and organizing everything for us. The property was immaculate and the daily cleaner really made the place sparkle which we didn’t feel like we needed but was so nice to have. The house is in a gated area with 24h security so we felt extra safe. There were occasional brief power outages and the road to get there was bumpy but nothing too bad. The biggest and only issue was the loud construction immediately next door. It was jackhammering from morning to evening. The only blessing there was they don’t work on weekends so our stay was mostly peaceful as it was a long weekend trip. Overall wonderful stay!!
