The Saephan Villa

The Saephan Villa is truly a gem! It’s exceptionally beautiful, peaceful and clean. Suk and Glori are so helpful and kind. They gave plenty of recommendations, were very responsive and truly made our visit to Costa Rica amazing. Book the private catamaran tour.. it is breathtaking.

This house was AMAZING! The rooms, the pool, every hang out spot was phenomenal. And the views were gorgeous. Concierge service was incredibly helpful. Everything was very close for food, grocery store, coffee shops, and the beach. I would love to come back and stay here again. Definitely worth every penny!

Our stay at Saphean Villa was absolutely amazing. The house itself is beautiful, but the pool is truly the star of the property. We spent so much time enjoying the pool and the peaceful setting—it really made the whole experience feel like a private retreat. Glori was incredible to work with and helped us arrange everything ahead of time, from airport shuttles to car rentals and excursions. The planning process was seamless thanks to her help. One of our favorite excursions was a catamaran cruise, which was fantastic, but honestly the highlight of the trip was simply enjoying the villa itself and all of its amenities. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and spend quality time together. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend Saphean Villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway.

WOW! That was the word common among my 13 person group every single time we walked through the front door of Saephan Villa! We often hear that the pictures don’t do justice to the real thing and it really can’t be more true from this property. If there’s such a thing as a home that makes you feel at home with nature while being secure from it at the same time, this is it. The hosts are super helpful in every way. This was our first visit to the beautiful country of Costa Rica and we were looking for a special place to hold our travel group. A place that was special and useful with good common space as well as comfortable and private bedrooms. Our desires were exceeded! Breathtaking views extend beyond the common space and into the nicely finished bedrooms. The kitchen is well laid out and very functional with everything you need to easily prepare meals. The pool, water feature and lighting really take the place over the top. I’m already planning to return with my family next summer

Nina and Suk’s place was amazing!! We were a group of 12 and there was more than enough rooms and space for everyone. Glori was wonderful and helped arrange everything with chef Flamingo (which was amazing). We were able to have massages pool side and booked excursions. Our stay was amazing overall and we would definitely return.

From the moment we entered the Saephan Villa, we were immediately amazed. The "wow" factor upon entering the front door was palpable. The pictures do not do the view or the outside living space justice -- from the open air couch/seating, swings and billiards table, to the pool and BBQ area, to the accent lighting at night, all was impeccable. Nina/Suk helped to arrange Chef Kevin and Jasmine (Oasis Chef Company) for dinners. Not only did they make amazing meals and completed all the clean-up, but they were great fun to have around! Nina/Suk also helped to arrange airport transportation and a very last minute fishing trip. The kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and well furnished. The villa itself was in a great location, about 30 minutes from Tamarindo, and with beautiful beaches a few minutes away. There were also grocery stores and restaurants nearby. For a small fee, there was also access to a great gym as well a tennis/pickleball courts.

We had an incredible stay at Saephan Villa. The Airbnb was impeccably clean and in excellent condition. The views were even more stunning in person than the pictures could capture. Nina & Suk were fantastic hosts, maintaining constant contact and ensuring we had everything we needed. We booked RLT Cuisine for one of our nights, but Chef Kevin and Jasmine truly stole the show. We initially booked them for three meals, which quickly turned into six because of their exceptional hospitality and outstanding, customized dishes. Their service was a highlight of our stay. Additionally, we highly recommend Nina's massage services. She can accommodate large groups and even offers the convenience of coming to the Airbnb, which was a wonderful treat. We would absolutely return to Saephan Villa in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay and a relaxing experience.

Like everyone else, I agree that pictures just don’t do this home justice! A beautiful home with spectacular views in a safe and private neighborhood. Felt like being in a private resort and our entire group was very impressed. You can tell the home isn’t brand new, but is very well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. Definitely hire a chef to have food ready upon arrival so you can enjoy the property right away because you won’t want to leave once you arrive. We chartered a boat and the home was only 5 minutes from the marina pickup area. Everyone in our group wants to return and stay here again.
