Our “stay” was disappointing. We were told to contact a groundskeeper before arrival, but we got no response after several calls and messages. We tried reaching out through Airbnb, there was a delay in getting help back. When we arrived, no one was there, the house was unlocked. All lights were left on and several windows with no screens were left open after a rainy day, there were bugs and mosquitoes everywhere inside. The house itself has serious issues. Doors do not seal well and only lock from the outside. The front sliding doors come off the track even when locked, which felt unsafe. In the middle of the house there was a heavy roof leak and water pouring inside during rain, along with mold, rotting wood. The home is poorly built with plywood, gaps everywhere on walls etc, with openings in the roof that let in rain and bugs. Because of the condition of the home we did not feel safe to stay. We were refunded and we had to stay in a hotel that night. I do not recommend!

Excelente lugar, es mi segunda vez y todo está siempre muy bien. Nos permitieron entrar antes y salir un poco más tarde sin costo alguno y tuvimos un fin de semana jncreíble!

La casa está muy bien ubicada, tiene vista hermosa y se disfruta mucho la piscina. En puntos de mejora la propiedad necesita más amor, le dan poco mantenimiento y la limpieza es regular. El anfitrión no maneja el detalle de los enseres de los que dispone la casa y a pesar de que responden los mensajes con agilidad y mucha cortesía son poco resolutivos.

El alojamiento es simplemente espectacular. Las vistas son hermosas y transmiten una sensación de paz difícil de encontrar. Es un lugar perfecto para desconectarse del ruido y el estrés, rodeado de tranquilidad. La propiedad es amplia, muy bien distribuida y cuenta con varios rincones acogedores donde uno puede relajarse, leer o simplemente disfrutar del entorno. Todo estaba limpio, ordenado y pensado para la comodidad. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo para quienes buscan descanso, comodidad y un ambiente verdaderamente especial.

excelente lugar, el chatbot es pésimo, porque solo confirma lo que esté en el app. Había parrilla y me lo negaba por ejemplo, solo lo pude confirmar hasta que tuve el número de don Ever, el si tiene muy buen trato.

Nos pareció que el check in era demasiado tarde y el check out demasiado temprano.. lo cual es una lástima ya que al final no se pudo disfrutar bien del lugar tan espacioso
