Het huis en de locatie zijn prachtig! De accomodatie is heel comfortabel, lekkere bedden (foam), comfortabele bank/fauteuil. Fully equiped keuken. Alles enorm goed verzorgd! Je voelt je meteen welkom. De foto’s van het zwembad voldoen niet meer, er is nu een mooi deck met ligstoelen, parasols en een buitenkeuken met BBQ’s! Je hebt totaal géén last van de mensen die aan het bouwen zijn! Ze zijn supervriendelijk en er is geen geluidsoverlast.

We had an amazing stay at Sandra's place. The location is right on the beach with the sister property on one side and undeveloped land on the other. The property is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool area is very nice with a huge deck, seating with covered areas to get out of the sun, a grill and counter space. The pool and deck is shared with the sister property but it was vacant during our stay. This would be a perfect property if you have a larger group and rented both houses. The A/C worked great during a very warm stay in June. Highly recommend this property.

The photos don’t do it justice, the place was so much larger than I expected and very clean. Loved the beach in front and the pool in the back.

The best spot in Hopkins! Beautiful home with an amazing beach in the front yard and a refreshing pool in the backyard. The staff was very helpful. We checked out bikes while we were there. When we left, one of the staff brought us a bag of mangoes for the road. Very kind!

The hosts were very responsive and helpful and even accommodated an airmattress for us. The place is really nice and more spacious than the pictures even, and stocked well with toilet paper, soaps, etc. The only reason rated it 4 stars was our timing wasn't great. The sargassum made it so we couldn't swim from the beach but the screened in porch was nice. Also, there was loud construction (but pleasant workers) putting in a beautiful surrounding fence around the pool. And the one time we went to use the pool without the workers there, there was a big family using all the seating. Overall was very impressed with the actual house and responsiveness of hosts.

The house was beautiful! Very clean and beautiful views of the ocean right from the decks! The pool was a wonderful addition. It was great to be able to jump in after a hot day of activities. Sandra and Tracey were very responsive. They answered all of my questions before and during the trip very quickly. All of the water in the house is filtered, so being able to drink the water and use the ice was also incredibly helpful. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing place right on the beach. felt very private even though there is another house of the same complex next door. good location, we used the free bikes provided to get around. Amazing facilities, highly reccomended

The s little beach house was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need was available. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tour companies. The air conditioning worked great. The water is really shallow off of the beach for quite a ways so if the sargassum is bad, just walk through it to a clearer spot to swim. I would definitely stay here again!
