Villa Aragon is a private tropical retreat in Playa Negra Heights, Puerto Viejo. Set within a quiet, gated courtyard surrounded by lush gardens and fruit trees, the property offers a peaceful setting close to the area’s top restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Guests can relax beside the private pool, enjoy the sounds of nature, or follow the private trail directly to the beach. The villa combines comfort and convenience for a relaxing stay away from home.

The Space

A sliding glass door connects the dining area with the garden and pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. The villa includes:

• A fully equipped kitchen
• A formal dining table for eight
• A comfortable living room with air conditioning
• A flat-screen television with cable
• Wi-Fi
• A selection of board games
• A minimalist, colonial-inspired open-floor layout

The spacious common area is ideal for entertaining, whether you are sharing pizza with friends or preparing a Costa Rican-inspired meal.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Villa Aragon has three spacious bedrooms, each featuring:

• Air conditioning
• Ample closet space
• Large windows
• Plenty of natural light

The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with an all-glass shower and soaking tub. The two additional deluxe bedrooms each have a king-size bed and share a hallway bathroom.

For groups of more than six guests, flexible sleeping arrangements are available:

• Convert the indoor terrace into a semi-private bedroom with curtains and air conditioning.
• Add twin-size beds to the existing bedrooms while keeping the terrace available as a shared living space.

Services and Accessibility

Dedicated staff are available throughout your stay to help ensure everything runs smoothly, including maintenance of the pool and garden areas.

The property also offers:

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas, including:

• Private natural trail leading directly to the sea

Guests may relax by the pool, enjoy the gardens, or walk along the nearby beaches surrounded by lush tropical nature.

Laundry Service

For convenience, a laundry service is available during your stay. A basket will be provided inside the house for clothing you would like washed.

Please notify us one day in advance so we can coordinate the service. The laundry area is not available for direct guest use.

Important Information

House rules will be sent after the reservation is confirmed so they can be reviewed before arrival. The main guest is responsible for sharing the rules with everyone in the group.

The pool is cleaned two to three times per week, usually during the early hours of the day to minimize disruption. If you see maintenance staff on the property, they are there to keep the pool clean throughout your stay.

The pool does not have a safety railing. Parents and guardians should supervise children closely at all times.

For everyone’s safety, the main gate must remain closed at all times, even if you expect to leave again shortly.

Check-In

Check-in is personalized, and we enjoy welcoming guests in person. If you expect to arrive very late, clear self-check-in instructions will be provided in advance.
