Casa Brisa + Guest Treehouse Walk to Playa Pelada

Chris & Jen are wonderful responsive hosts and their place is lovely. Especially liked the cold salt water pool which was our refuge on the hot days!

Chris and Jen were instrumental in helping us plan our trip! They were amazing hosts who provided expert recommendations for for activities and meals. They are extremely responsive and helpful - among the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever experienced. We will return to Nosara again! It’s a beautiful location and the house is located within walking distance of a full service hotel with restaurant / bar (with amazing sunset views) and spa. I would recommend renting a car or a quad to get around, but you can also rely on tuktuks.

Having never visited Costa Rica it was overwhelming trying to narrow down what activities and restaurants to visit. Jen & Chris were SO helpful with suggestions and reservations. Chris generously took us on a waterfall hike as well. We met some really interesting and friendly people also staying on their property. It was a truly wonderful stay.

Chris and his wife Jan were excellent hosts. The house was very well equipped and roomy for our family of five. Nearby surfing Safari is excellent. Ask for Jeffrey and Alonso. The beach is walkable from a path and is private and quaint!!

Our stay was wonderful!! Chris and Jennifer were great Host. The house was very clean…Extra towels and linens. Beautiful kitchen to cook in and hang out with friends. They have a chalk board wall, which just brings out the kid in you…we found ourselves playing tic tac toe and other games on it. We truly enjoyed the coastal breeze either laying in the hammock in the living room or lounging by the pool mingling with other guest. They were extremely prompt with getting back to any questions or information we needed. Jennifer made dinner reservations for us and they were extremely thoughtful…definitely VIP seats with the most spectacular views of the sun set. They were eager to help with any accommodations; including transportation to and from airport, dinner transportation, housekeeping, where to watch the super bowl and ATV rentals! Our ATV ran out of gas and they were quick to help with filling it up with gas. The location was great. Easy access to Hotel Lagarta Lodge, which has an amazing sunset view as well! We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you Chris and Jennifer for such a welcoming space to spend time with Friends and Family🥰

Chris is an excellent host and maintained fantastic communication throughout the stay. The house is beautifully designed and was a perfect escape and home base for exploring Nosara and beyond. The home, Rancho/pool area, and beautiful gardens bring to life the Costa Rican mantra of pura vida. We highly recommend a stay!
