Casa Art Gecko, tropical home with large pool.

Nice property. Big rooms, great AC & the pool was exceptional for our Grandkids. Peaceful location but not far from the beach, restaurants, etc.

We had a quick stay and were grateful that Tim squeezed us in with a last minute request. He made himself very available for anything we needed.

This home is large, beautiful, well-managed and clean and provides all the amenities one could wish for. The grounds and outdoor areas, including the large pool, slide, hammocks and grill area offer unlimited comforts and spaciousness for both adults and children. Communication with the host was exceptionally straight-forward, friendly, immediate and always helpful. Tim is the best of hosts. Stay here if you're in Potrero.

Far better than the pictures! Excellent house with impressive array of high quality appliances and other kitchen wares, great linens, plenty of good towels for the pool, private and secure. couldn't recommend Tim's place highly enough.

We had a wonderful vacation in Costa Rica. The house met all our expectations. The pool was perfect as the weather was very hot. Just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants, including Curiols just 3 doors down the street. Tim was a wonderful host and was always available. Would highly recommend this home !

Tim and Fabian were there to meet us. Let us in showed us how to use security, the pool, (the slide which is a blast!). They have a helpful book of information. The beds are really comfortable, with very nice linens, the air conditioning is very good and the ceiling fans are nice. Water pressure for showers was good. Lots of towels, bath and beach. Well stocked with soap, tp and cleaning supplies. The kitchen is really well equipped blender, mixer , nice cookware, pretty good knives (we always bring our own) appliances were brand new- very nice. Water is fine for drinking. The living room furniture is very comfortable also new and comfortable, there’s a great tv , Netflix and cable, Internet is fine for it and several devices. Loved the big dining room table, great for puzzles/games on one end eating at the other. Really loved the patio and back yard. Monkeys in the trees was a treat! Iguanas too. 3 blocks to beach and restaurants. The streets are not paved so dusty.

our family spent a month at this property, and we already miss it. The property is nicer than the pictures show, and it's also larger than we thought it'd be. The heat in Costa Rica hits you hard, but with the awesome pool and beach (12 min walk) away, there's plenty of ways to stay cool. we also loved all the restaurants in the area. you really appreciate all the care that goes into the food and cocktails in town.
