The Space
Designed with an open-concept layout, the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas comfortably accommodate a family of up to 10 guests. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, a center island, high-end stainless steel appliances, and elegant mahogany cabinetry, making it a chef’s dream.
The living room features ample seating with a wraparound sofa and a 60-inch flat-screen TV. Most notably, it offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean’s turquoise waters.
The master suite is beautifully domed and overlooks the ocean. It provides direct access to the beach and pool and includes a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling closet, mini-split air conditioning, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom contains two double beds, ceiling fans, mini-split air conditioning, and a full bathroom. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom offers two queen beds. Each bedroom is equipped with an en suite bathroom, spacious closets, mini-split air conditioning, ceiling fans, and flat-screen TVs.
Casa Joya del Mar is fitted with custom aluminum double-pane windows, oversized doors, bespoke fixtures, professional window coverings, and high-quality finishes. Additional amenities include wireless internet, an iPod dock with speakers, linens, china, and all essentials needed for a comfortable stay.
The outdoor space complements the interior with a large terrace, a Weber barbecue, a shaded dining area, and a sizable oceanfront pool with direct beach access.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the private pool and terrace. There are no shared common areas.

Improper handling of white clothing (such as makeup stains, hair dye, food, bronzer, etc.) will incur a charge equivalent to the garment’s value. This policy also applies to towels, rugs, bed linens, curtains, and similar items.

I want to give this place a bad review so that nobody else books it and we can book it again... but I resisted the urge! We rented the house out for a leadership retreat, and it was exactly what we needed. Beautiful sunrise views and enough space for our team of 8 to sleep and collaborate comfortably between relaxing on the beach.

The house was absolutely amazing staying so close to the beach is a game changer. You will not regret staying at this place. It is very clean. It has everything you need in the kitchen. The air conditioners are very nice. It's beautiful patio furniture. The couches are amazing. The beds are very comfortable and the outdoor patio furniture is unreal so you can sit by the pool and relax, or you can go swimming in the beach. I cannot wait to stay here again.
