Casa Laura was the BEST Airbnb experience I have ever had. We had 2 families in the home and all slept comfortably with privacy. The location is perfect, just a walk across a small street to the ocean and walk to restaurants. The security is top notch, working 24 hours a day. And the staff is so friendly, welcoming and solves every need! Being associated with the Zamas hotel was a huge benefit because you could access the Zamas beaches and concierges- Fernando and Daniel. From taxis to outings to restaurant reservations they helped with it all! It is close to the state park. I recommend getting bikes and everything is easily assessable. Great stay!

We had a lovely visit. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The house was spacious with everything we needed and comfy beds. The space felt very safe. The beach is across the street and the pool is shared with others.

Great place, friendly, accommodating staff. Spacious, family friendly, we made good use of the pool. AC went out in one room and the unit was replaced very quickly, and on a Sunday. Overall good experience. Would recommend.

Casa Laura was a wonderful place. Close to restaurants, and steps from the beach. The cleaning crew was meticulous. I will definitely book again!

Casa Laura was an excellent choice for our 10 person family reunion. The house is spacious inside, has a lovely covered outdoor patio for eating and a nice private fenced in yard so our young kids could play safely without having to watch them constantly. It's a cool setup where it's an private house but it's connected to Hotel Zamas so you get the benefits of a hotel front desk, pool, restaurant, security etc. The staff of the hotel were a real highlight being attentive, kind and available without being overbearing at all. We would have given 4.5 stars but the only real reason we gave 4 stars is that there is no comfortable seating in the house apart from one day bed and the dining table seats 6 while the place comfortably sleeps 11. We also found the restaurant to be quite expensive which meant we didn't use it as much as we'd have liked. $5 beers but $15 margaritas and $18 tacos.

Laura’s place is beautiful! It is much better than what it looks in the photos. ❤️ Right across the ocean, you can hear the waves all night. Lots of places to hang and lounge, the place is huge!!! Very bright and airy and full of natural light. The ACs are good and strong. And the mix of our own Airbnb but with the benefits of a Zamas resort - the housekeeping, happy hour, security and much more! The service is amazing. You’ll love it.

Customer service at the air bnb/hotel was great. Quick response and wonderful people! The pool isn’t that big for when other guests arrive. We went during a time when there didn’t seem to be a lot of ppl, however, there are chairs and 5 beds. I could see this being a problem if it is packed. The WiFi was spotty at had trouble when speaking to clients when I had to work. It’s a great area and easily walkable to hotel zone areas and the main highway to drive around Tulum. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! My whole family and I agreed we needed to know where they were purchased!

Disappointing disrepair. My husband and I stayed upstairs w bits of ceiling falling literally on our heads. Cracks, water stains, broken tile and concrete.
