Beautiful home, hard to find but instructions were fairly clear. Felt safe, outside was pretty and pool was nice. Power went out unexpectedly and was out for almost the whole day. Some items listed were not actually present, such as snorkels or beach towels. Didn’t feel like there was enough towels for 7 people to use for showers as well as pool/beach. Some sheets/pillows had stains on them already, didn’t feel dirty just didn’t want to be blamed for it after the stay. There were miscommunications between cohosts and management company about prices for pick up and then when it came to reserving it, it was $35 more even though we found our own transportation for even less than the previous mentioned price. Over all, good stay and for the most part the hosts were responsive and got us service to turn on the power the second time within 20 minutes.

El lugar es súper bonito, con mi familia la pasamos muy bien, solo que cuando se está en la propiedad no hay señal por ejemplo con Claro. Todo está súper cerca y hay de todo lo que uno necesita

Lovely house, just as described. It was quite difficult locating the property due to the links not working and taking us somewhere else but once you get there, you never want to leave! Would definitely visit again :)

The home was nice and modern. The kitchen had plenty of dishes but lacked a toaster, pans for the oven and dish towels because there were only two hand towels in the house. I did ask about the hand towels and two were delivered that afternoon. There was one other small issue with water pressure but a maintenance person arrived within the hour to work on it. The location was great because it was just out of town which made it easy to go into Jaco or travel to Emanuel Antonio. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioners worked. My kids enjoyed playing the games as well. All in all it was a good value.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Michael’s Airbnb, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The communication before and during my stay was prompt and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The space itself was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. Michael and Jaco Home went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, providing thoughtful touches such as local food recommendations, airport transportation, and they even set up our excursions! The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Overall, Michael provided a five-star experience that exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely be back!
