The cabins are beautiful, especially ours that had a kitchen,  very clean and it has what you need to be comfortable, good beds, sheets, ponchos, toilet paper, shampoo. The breakfasts are rich and basic but very nice. Despite the rain, people came to bring us to the park which is like one block from the cabins, the staff was very attentive and kind and always responded to our requests, I recommend this cabin!! We loved it!!!

Las cabañas son hermosas en especial la nuestra que contaba con cocina,  muy limpias y tiene lo que necesitas para estar cómodo, buenas camas, sabanas, ponchos, papel higiénico, shampoo. Los desayunos son ricos y son básicos pero están muy bien. A pesar de la lluvia las personas nos llegaron a traer al parque que está cómo a una cuadra de las cabañas, el personal fue muy atento y amable y siempre respondió a nuestras peticiones, recomiendo esta cabaña!! Nos encanto!!!

The rooms are very nice, relatively new, very well maintained. The place surprised us: it is hidden after a small street where they sell handicrafts near the center of the village, and after the street there is a large space next to the lake with a lot of green space. Next to the place there is a small store and a place that sells coffee. The dock for tours to other villages around the lake is in front. The people who run the place are super friendly and flexible. They offer food on site.<br/>My only constructive criticism is that I feel that the receptionist/cook is sometimes very "relaxed". When we arrived we were going to buy lunch and he was kayaking, in the afternoon we wanted coffee and he had gone into town, the next day we wanted to buy dinner and he had gone to the bookstore. Maybe it's a matter of the environment of the place, that everyone has a calmer lifestyle; but it's definitely not something you see in other places.

Las habitaciones son muy lindas, relativamente nuevas, muy bien mantenidas. El lugar nos sorprendió: está escondido después de una callecita donde venden artesanías cerca del centro del pueblo, y luego de la calle hay un espacio grande a la par del lago con mucho espacio verde. A la par del lugar hay una tienda pequeña y un lugar que vende café. El muelle, para tours a otros pueblos alrededor del lago, queda al frente. La gente que atiende el lugar es súper amable y flexible. Ofrecen comida en el lugar.<br/>Mi única crítica constructiva es que siento que la recepcionista/cocinera a veces es muy "relajada". Cuando llegamos íbamos a comprar almuerzo y andaba haciendo kayak, en la tarde queríamos café y había salido al pueblo, al día siguiente queríamos comprar cena y había salido a la librería. Tal vez es cuestión del ambiente del lugar, que todos tienen un estilo de vida más tranquilo; pero definitivamente no es algo que uno ve en otros lugares.

The hosts are more than friendly, their service attitude has made this the best Airbnb I have stayed in so far, they treated my family first, resolved problems, were proactive and professional, a beautiful place on the shores of Lake Atitlán, beautiful gardens and a paradisiacal view. One thousand percent recommended.

The entrance to the place is not above the parking lot, but it is easy to access. The place is very nice, clean and cozy. The service provided was more than excellent. Michelle is very friendly and nice.

La entrada al lugar no está sobre el parqueo, pero es un fácil acceso. El lugar muy bonito, limpio y acogedor. La atención brindada fue más que excelente. Michelle muy amable y linda.
