Nice house. Great pool. Comfortable beds and an AC unit in every room was very nice. A lot of the outdoor furniture was basically unusable as the cushions had been left out in the rain and were entirely waterlogged. I pulled some under cover to try to dry them out, but even after several days they were still unusable. Several of the doors and windows have large gaps when closed leading to a lot of bugs inside.

Our stay in Santa Teresa was absolutely incredible, and this home was a huge part of that experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking ocean views—there really is nothing like waking up to the sound of waves and glimpsing the turquoise water on the horizon. Throughout my stay, I could hear monkeys and other wildlife in the distance. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Roy was an outstanding host. He was extremely attentive and always responded to my questions right away, making the whole trip stress-free.

What an incredible stay!! The house and Roy were amazing to us and we would not change it for a thing. Unfortunately, we had trouble with our car getting up to the house and Roy answered within minutes to help us find a solution - definitely need a 4x4. The outside area of the house is incredible, you catch an amazing sunset and we were able to spot a whale jumping in the ocean while hanging out by the pool. Would book again in a heartbeat.

The house was very comfortable and had everything you could need. The pool and the view really made it so incredible. Roy has a lot of outdoor seating so that you can enjoy the pool, ocean view, animals, bird sounds, etc. We had a great experience! 4x4 or at least all-wheel drive required, but worth it!!! We will be back for sure!

Amazing spot and views (really needs 4x4 especially for river crossing in the rainy season), very responsive host. Daily cleaners who were very nice. Very nice pool to cool down from the heat. Note that power outage can happen during storms. Thank you Roy!
