We loved staying here for my bachelorette! All the hosts were very communicative and friendly. The Airbnb itself was very pretty and fit every purpose we needed. It was a perfect size for eight people. My only slight warning is that the Airbnb can sometimes be difficult for food delivery services and drivers to find so make sure you use the pin point location the hosts will give! Would love to come back.

This is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Tulum. Looks better than the photos. Franqui and team were super responsive and provided clear and easy instructions for the everything. The pool is amazing and the open floor plan made hanging out with our family very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Do not hesitate to book this place. It was AMAZING! Me and few friends booked this stay (mostly all girls) and not only was it super clean/beautiful , but it felt safe. Franqui was so kind and welcoming, and Denisse was super attentive to anything we needed. We used the driving service, private chef, and mixologist. Our driver was Oswaldo (through Juan Carlos) and he was a GEM getting us everywhere safely. Our mixologist Jose and private chef Karen were also a 10/10. Everything staying here was so easy and staff was helpful. Would recommend to anyone staying in Tulum and would 100% book here again. Exceeded my expectations :) A great team.

My friends and I had an amazing stay here! All 7 of us had a comfortable stay, with plenty of room for us to hangout! The pool and backyard is such a vibe! We found some local restaurants/bars and shops nearby with a short walk. Denisse was PHENOMENAL!! She helped me book everything! Dinners, yachts, decorations, beach clubs and private drivers were all taken care of through her! So grateful to have everything planned and booked. Our driver Juan Carlos was sooo great!! He was on time for our pickups so we never missed our reservations, and was flexible if our plans changed. Overall amazing experience and stay. Will definitely recommend!!!

Our stay at this Tulum Airbnb was exceptional. From the moment we booked, Franqui and Denisse was incredibly punctual and responsive with communication making, the entire planning process smooth and stress free. They went above and beyond helping us arrange events for our group, which made our trip even more memorable. We were really grateful for their flexibility- allowing us to check in early and check out late was a huge help and really added to our overall comfort and experience. The property itself was beautiful and exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better or a more accommodating host. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a seamless and enjoyable Tulum getaway!

Highly recommend this spot!! We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. Denisse and Frankie were incredibly helpful and responsive for the weeks leading up to our trip and the entire time that we were here. Denisse answered all of my questions and helped our group book multiple activities for our trip. They also recommended transportation companies for us to use which was very helpful and smooth for our entire experience. As a group of young women, safety was a major priority for all of us and we felt incredibly safe during our entire trip. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean! The pool is amazing and everyone had plenty of space to themselves. You won’t regret staying here!!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had! Franqui and Denise were extremely responsive, worked with our ride to/from the airport to coordinate check in/ check out and would have someone over in a matter of minutes for any additional needs we had. I highly recommend their place for anyone’s next stay in Tulum it was safe and absolutely gorgeous!!
