Villa Camélia

We had such a wonderful stay. Easily the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photos do not do it justice. It’s the most beautiful view, the beach was amazing and the pool was bigger in person than what I thought from the photos. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. It’s steep but we welcomed the exercise. We saw monkeys from the patio and many different types of birds. We appreciated all Christoph’s recommendations and visited many of the restaurants on his list. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Chris’s listing was exactly as described, and honestly exceeded expectations. The location is a 10/10, central, convenient, and it felt very safe, especially being right next to a police station. We loved the daily wildlife, especially seeing monkeys just down the road, such a cool Costa Rica experience. The home itself is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sunsets are incredible. If you’re looking in Playa Flamingo, don’t overthink it, book this place.

One of the most stunning places I have ever stayed in. The view, the infinity pool, the floor to ceiling windows. Perfect for three couples or 2 Families. I would stay here again and again and again.

We loved our stay at Casa Camélia and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The house had everything we needed and felt comfortable and well-equipped from the moment we arrived. The location was amazing — just a short two-minute drive to the beach and close to many great restaurants and a grocery store. And the view was simply breathtaking! Our host, Christophe, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was always responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. He truly made our stay exceptional. We had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Absolutely fantastic! Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It started with Christophe, a wonderful host, giving us a warm welcome and introduction to the home. The property is as stunning as the photos and larger than I expected. Everything was well appointed and so comfortable. The views are amazing and Playa Flamingo is a short walk or drive (with easy parking) away. We loved our 4 nights here and will have it on our short list of properties to return to in the future.

Our family had an amazing time in Playa Flamingo and this property did not disappoint! The views from the patio were unreal (pics don’t do it justice) and Christophe was an amazing host. He had great tips on places to visit and was easy to communicate with. He even helped me with getting my rental car sorted out - gave me a ride down to the place to pick it up! Would highly recommend this property and if we are ever back in Flamingo - we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

This beautiful home is in a secluded location high above the beach with an spectacular view. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing variety of birds that visited us on the deck, and we spent one morning watching a really entertaining troop of howler monkeys play in the trees all around us. Wonderful.
