Tropical GA Villa @ Playa Paraiso (beach)

Gilda is a great host, very welcoming and professional. This villa is spacious and beautiful, with many people quickly available if any issues arise. This was a great retreat location, as the roof was great for yoga before the sun got too strong.

We rented multiple units. Great for large party. Was convenient to our wedding venue and close to beach. Only issue was road to unit from main road was very bumpy. Host was very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for our multi-generational family of 10. It is 2 connected units, but rented as (and feels like)one house. The living & eating areas are connected on the 1st floor. There are 3 bedrooms per side of the house (all on the 2nd floors), each with their own bathroom. Each side has a room with a king bed, a room with 2 queen beds, and a room with a queen and twin. Gilda is a super responsive host and was very helpful. The house is well stocked with cooking items and dishes. We enjoyed the extensive beach supplies (chairs, buckets, shovels, umbrellas), the short walk to the beach, the private pool, and volleyball set! The road to the house does need work but that didn't affect our enjoyment of the home. We did find having a rental car helpful. There is a house being built across the street which was quite loud 1 day, but other days was fine. Hopefully they will finish soon! We loved the house and would stay here again!

Had an amazing time on a work retreat! Loved that there was a bathroom inside every room. Beach was lovely and very close :)

Gilda was absolutely wonderful!! She was there waiting for us when we checked in at 9:00 pm. Even offered to go buy some groceries for us if I wanted upon checkin. We were a family of 13 and she was lovely the entire time. I could not recommend her enough!! Thank you Gilda, your house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. We had a housekeeper Martha two days in our 8 day stay too. The pool guy opened us some coconuts. Very thankful, Gilda is very fluent in English too. A truly lovely lady! ❤️

The house was wonderfully spacious. Pool area lovely. Great location between Playa Del Carmen and Puerto Morales. Great private sandy swimmable beach down the block. Gilda and staff were unbelievable to every little request we had. And we were a 9 women crew so we had a lot!! Loved it ! Only complaint was the construction noise but hey, it’s Mexico!! Highly recommend

I can't overstate how great the property itself was and how AMAZING Gilda was!!! Gilda was in constant communication, responding so fast when we had questions or needed to add a day to our stay, etc. But she went WAY beyond even that. When the security guard at the gated entrance did not want to let us in, Gilda literally answered her phone, while she was at a birthday party (!) and called the guard while we were sitting there, to get us in! The property itself was big and wonderful--we loved the pool to cool off in, especially the grandkids. The main issues we had were 3: first was the access road. This is not our host's fault, there is massive construction going on and the roads are horrible. Second was the security guard who didn't want to let us in even with our paperwork. Finally, this area is very isolated. It looks like there is lots of food around, but you can't get into the resorts from the house. Finally, it was 20 min from the main row in Puerto Morelos, where food was.

We had wonderful stay at GA Villas. The beach was beautiful, the pool was refreshing, especially after a hot day in Chichen Itza! Gilda was extremely helpful and responsive. She helped us find airport transportation, rental cars, and a chef for dinners in. The staff around the house was also very kind and helpful. The house had beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, and towels. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week in the Yucatan.

Stayed here to celebrate my 50th Birthday with family and friends. Loved everything about this home. Loved how all 6 bedrooms where private with their own bathrooms. Beautiful gardens with pool. Host Gilda made was very helpful with all the questions we needed. House is taken care of inside and out everyday !! My whole group is so ready to plan to stay there on our next time. This place was definitely worth everything and worth coming back to. You definitely need a rental car to get around but you will love the peacefulness and beauty of this place . Thank you Gilda for everything 🙏
