This house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. It was very clean and neat. There were fans in every room, including the bathrooms. The outside pool was clean and really nice. The place looks like the photos. The house is very well maintained. Everything we wanted to do was 10-15 minutes away from the house. It is secluded yet close enough to all the restaurants and the beach. The only small nuisance was that you could not leave food out in the kitchen that was open. There were tiny ants on top of everything, but I guess that's just life in Costa Rica. Overall, we had a great stay here and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Brandon's place! The house is as stunning as described and shown in the pictures. The house is located at a walkable distance to the Marino Ballena Park. FYI, it is a paid beach ($6 per person). We ended up staying mostly at home, as there is everything you need for a relaxed vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped, which we love as my family loves to cook. The pool and the outside area are amazing. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

If you like to be away from the tourist hotspots, but still close to a beautiful beach and multiple activities this is the place for you. The house is spacious, calm, quiet, clean and perfect for a family stay.

What an amazing stay. Really, the house is gorgeous and Brandon and Keilor, the manager, were amazing. It's great for families: huge house but private, close to everything (there's a super market at less than 200m) and the area, Uvita, is just beautiful. It's also very close to the national park in case you want to go. I really recommend you going if you have the chance. We're planning on keeping this stay as a favorite for the near future!!

Tu casa es perfecta. Cosas por mejorar: los paños y ropa de cama se lavan mal y huelen mal. Faltaban algunos Articulos de limpieza como jabón de trastos y de cuarto de pilas, así como en los baños. La parrilla no tenía gas. Y este muchacho Keilor que me asignó para hablar con él costaba que respondiera, y mucho. Le digo esto porque su propiedad es muy linda, me gustaría volver, solo préstenle atención a estos detalles y serán 5 estrellas siempre. Muchas gracias x haberme permitido quedarme ahí.

Es una casa super espaciosa y muy cómoda, la ubicación de la casa es perfecta para realizar actividades en la zona. La recomendaría para cualesquiera que guste visitar bahia ballena.

We absolutely loved this house! It was so beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a great Mexican restaurant a few feet away, la supermarket close by and some other great dining. We will definitely be back here!
