The Space
About Our House
Our residence is furnished with high-quality pieces, each carefully selected and crafted in Mexico to capture the essence of Tulum’s unique style. The second floor houses three bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. On the third floor, there is a comfortable fold-down queen sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.
The ground floor features a cozy sitting room with a large, plush sofa and beautiful garden views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel pots, pans, and utensils, perfect for preparing Mexican dishes. For those who prefer to relax, a private chef service is available upon request.
The top floor includes the fold-down sofa, a 2021 smart TV with streaming services like Netflix and Prime, and a desk with an inspiring view of the treetops. Enjoy watching blue jays, woodpeckers, and squirrels while working comfortably in ergonomically designed chairs.
This level opens onto the first rooftop, which offers a spacious dining table and a relaxing plunge pool. A spiral staircase leads to a glass-enclosed rooftop deck nestled among the jungle canopy. This tranquil spot is perfect for sunbathing during the day and unwinding with a cold beer in the evening.

Access and Parking
Parking is available at the front of the townhouse for one car or SUV, with additional space for bikes or scooters. Entry to the property is secured by a gate, with the access code provided before check-in. A remote control for the vehicle gate will be given upon arrival; please note there is a $30 replacement fee if lost.

We felt right at home & spend the most beautiful 5 days at Casa Selva. There were restaurants and little shops 10-15 walking minutes away. It’s a very peaceful and chill place to stay - perfect for a family getaway. The rooms were just as shown in the pictures! We really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a group of 6 book this air bnb for 1 week! If one thing is for sure- the communication with the hosts was on point! We had some issues with water at the beginning but most of our concerns were sorted out immediately. The place was clean and whenever we needed anything it was taken care of! Much of Tulum is under construction as it’s booming and growing- so we were told the power may go out for a few days. We weren’t happy to hear this the day before our check in - but we didn’t lose power once! Location is good- recommend renting bikes to get around ! Thanks for having us!

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings war das Wohnzimmer und die Küche etwas dunkel wodurch es leider nicht so einladend war wie die Bilder. Es gab einige technische Schwierigkeiten allerdings hat der Gastgeber immer sofort geholfen.

Very spacious and stylish place as the photos suggest. Quiet although only just off the main road and hence possible to walk to ruins and into town. Our only complaint was lack of hot water - we contacted the host and they sent someone quickly but we still only had tepid water for our stay.

Great place!!! Highly recommend, it was spacious for our group of 6 because each room had its own bathroom and then extra ones. They had great security as well.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Beautiful spacious house, great value for money, spotless. We absolutely loved the pool and amenities. Check in was really easy and the staff were very helpful. A little far from Tulum beach if that’s where you want to spend your time but if you plan on relaxing in the Airbnb a lot this place is perfect.
