The Space
Welcome to Casa Wen, your perfect retreat on Costa Azul Beach. This charming condo offers a balcony with breathtaking views of the white sand beach, surfers riding the waves, and occasional glimpses of whales spouting water in the distance. Enjoy peaceful mornings watching the sunrise over the horizon, setting the tone for a memorable day.
The condo features three roomy bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a Jack and Jill bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen ensures convenience and comfort for you, your family, or friends. To address concerns about water quality, a water purifier has been installed. Please use the small faucet at the kitchen sink for drinking water and the regular faucet for washing.

Casa Wen is situated in the Soleado resort, right on the beach, providing easy access to the sand and sea. This location is ideal for a romantic escape or quality time with family and friends.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire condo during their stay.
Important Information and Rules
Please note that this unit is part of a private, boutique condominium with many full-time residents. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, guests must adhere to the following Homeowners Association (HOA) rules:
- Do not hang anything on the balcony railings.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No loud noise, music, or parties are allowed in the unit or near the pool.
- Follow all posted pool rules. Signs are available at the pool, or ask the property manager for details.
- Clean up after yourself, as there is no staff service for renters.
- Parties or events are not permitted in the condo or in the restaurant, pool, or beach areas.
- One parking spot is provided in the front parking lot. The inside garage is reserved for owners unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement.
- No pets allowed. Registered service animals are permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking is allowed only in the designated area in the parking lot.
- Shower before entering the hot tub or pool. Do not rinse sandy feet in the pool; a shower is available at the top of the beach steps.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool and Jacuzzi. Children under 3 should wear swim diapers.
- No outside guests are allowed within Soleado Resort unless they are included in the original reservation.

We all had an absolutely wonderful time. Everything was exactly the way it was described. We were able to check in as soon as we got there and our host was extremely prompt when we text them about anything. I love the place and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who asked about going to Cabo..

We were very happy with the condo. The view was spectacular, and the pool and spa were delightful! Wen responded quickly to any issues we had and was so accommodating about checking and check out times. All in all Casa Wen was A+!

We loved staying at Casa Wen. Everything looked just like the photos. The host was responsive and communicative. Instructions were clear and easy. The pool and restaurant at the pool were fabulous with delicious food and drinks and a wonderful view of the ocean, the waves, and the surfing. Soleado was family friendly and a perfect fit for our family with 3 adults and 2 little kids. We had a great time and hope to return

We had a wonderful stay at beautiful Casa Wen! Great location right on beach with the pool and hot tub. Condo was very clean and well stocked. San Jose Centro was very accessible - an easy $9 Uber ride. We also walked the beach and into town - it took about an hour to get there. Hope to return for another visit! Thanks!

Amazing! Perfect stay for a long girls weekend. Loved the location, easy uber ride into town. The access to the beach was a huge highlight and the beach chairs provided the perfect afternoon nap. The condo itself was beyond perfect, comfortable with all the amenities and the extra snacks and drinks were such a treat! The overall place was like staying in a 5 star resort without all the noise; the restaurant on property was delicious! The hosts were friendly and so quick to communicate; the arranged airport transportation with grocery stop is a must. We can’t wait to return!
