This private beachfront studio features a king bed and a daybed, air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a tranquil balcony. An optional twin room downstairs is available, ideal for couples, friends, small families, or solo travelers.

The studio is just steps away from a shared pool, barbecue area, and outdoor shower. It is located on the secluded Playa El Coco, a perfect spot for swimming and home to a turtle sanctuary.

Nestled within one of Nicaragua’s most cherished national reserves—where sea turtles return annually to nest—this expansive beachfront wellness resort offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by natural beauty. Easily accessible via the new coastal highway, the property provides ample on-site parking and direct access to the pristine Playa El Coco shoreline.

Our Beachfront Studio Apartments are situated directly on the sand at the quiet northern end of the beach. They are carefully designed with beautiful local hardwood used in the ceilings, king-sized beds, wardrobes, and bedside tables, bringing the forest’s natural charm indoors.

Each unit includes:

• A private oceanfront porch with ample seating to enjoy the view
• Large windows framing the Pacific Ocean and jungle flora
• Air conditioning
• Kitchenette
• En-suite full bathroom
• Outdoor shower

There are three such apartments available, which can be rented individually or combined. The porches can open to connect or remain separate for privacy.

Below the apartments are three twin rooms known as the “Surfer’s Special,” suitable for additional guests or children. Altogether, the property accommodates up to 19 guests.

The studio can be rented alone, or guests may inquire about day passes granting access to the Upper Campus amenities, services, and events for an additional fee. Catered meals, massages, spa treatments, and excursions can be arranged through our concierge.

Dining & Culinary Experience

We offer nourishing and delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring a carefully curated menu made from organic, locally sourced ingredients.

Sample dishes include:

• Filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and hoisin-spiced pineapple slaw

Upper Campus

Located just a two-minute walk above the beachfront home, The Sanctuary’s main campus offers additional amenities and communal spaces.

Communal Gathering Space

At the heart of the resort is a stunning two-story gathering area designed for movement, meditation, ceremonies, and celebrations, accommodating up to 100 guests. This architectural gem rises into the treetop canopy, crowned with soaring bamboo towers and surrounded by vibrant tropical gardens.

Guests can immerse themselves in the sights and sounds of the jungle, including green parrots, blue jays, and playful howler monkeys, creating an unforgettable connection to the natural environment.

Pool & Social Oasis

Next to the gathering space is a beautiful saltwater lap and recreation pool designed for both exercise and relaxation. The large pool features a deep end with a natural diving rock and is finished with shimmering blue tiles.

Lush gardens border one side, while a spacious shaded deck with plenty of lounge seating invites guests to unwind, socialize, and enjoy the tropical atmosphere. Bathroom and shower facilities are available poolside.

Adjacent to the pool is the Elixir Bar, which includes an outdoor kitchen, ample seating, and convenient electrical outlets—perfect for refreshing drinks, shared meals, socializing, or working poolside.

This vibrant yet peaceful hub seamlessly blends nourishment, leisure, and relaxation.

Accommodations

Overlooking the campus is Villa de Evolución, a beautifully crafted five-bedroom, five-bathroom air-conditioned home with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean. The villa features a large screened porch with seating for up to 30 guests, hammocks, and a serene atmosphere rooted in conscious design and natural materials.

The en-suite bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests.

Just below the villa is a striking black bamboo yurt bunk room with sleeping space for eight. Nearby are an outdoor bathroom and two private spiral showers, offering comfort and privacy nestled among the trees.
