We loved Claire’s home! Our group felt very welcome and comfortable, and it was perfect that each room has its own bathroom and no one had to fight over the best space because each room was equal. It felt like a private oasis for us. The host was very responsive and helpful with providing recommendations and booking cars or restaurants. I would love to return next time I visit Tulum!

We had a fantastic stay! The house is located on a quiet, peaceful street but is also very convenient to both the town (La Veleta in particular) and the beach area. We really enjoyed the beautiful private pool! The house itself was very comfortable, clean, and the hosts were great with communication and giving us good recommendations. Would definitely come back!

Clemence was a great host. She made my group feel welcome at every moment from check-in to check-out. We originally booked Casa Zorro. The home looks even better than the pictures. However, there was a leak in the kitchen ceiling due to the excessive rain during our stay in Tulum. Clemence immediately fixed the situation by placing us in another home (Casa Sueno). I appreciated her flexibility and responsiveness. She was always willing to help – even responding to a 6:00am text asking for jumper cables to start our rental car! Overall, she was a great host, and I would book another stay in any of her properties. One thing to note about this area is that the road to the Airbnb is bumpy. I would suggest renting an SUV or getting a personal driver as taxis do not come to this area.

We had a great time staying at Claire’s house. She was an extremely responsive host and was there to welcome us our first night. Would definitely recommend a good car to get to the house as the roads were challenging. We loved the house and we felt very comfortable and safe in the area. Claire had great recommendations for things for our family to do during our stay. This place was perfect for our family to spread out. Would recommend!

I was so happy that I found this place for our girls trip! The owners and Clemence the property manager were very responsive. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. We loved the pool and the photo shoot opportunities with the window! As a girls trip, safety was very important but we felt safe at all hours and having the gate really helped with that. Clemence was able to help organize a private dinner with a chef (Mos!) who cooked an amazing meal in the kitchen. Once we got used to the location it was a very easy drive to downtown, stores, restaurants and the beach. Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable trip and we will definitely be back!
