The Space
This luxury ocean-view home features four bedrooms, each designed as a private suite with its own bathroom. The residence combines modern style with comfortable living. A large, private saltwater swimming pool adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
The main floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with an island, a dining area, and a spacious living room, all arranged in an open and airy layout. Also on this level are the laundry area, the expansive Owner's Suite, and Suite #2. Suites #3 and #4 are located upstairs.
There are no shared spaces or amenities; guests have exclusive access to the entire property.
Guest Access
Guests receive a custom PIN code for the front door, allowing flexible arrival anytime after 3 pm.

Guests will find the following starter supplies provided:
- Full bag of Costa Rican coffee (125 grams)
- Coffee filters
- Cooking oil
- Dish soap and sponge
- Starter dishwasher soap (if applicable)
- Salt and pepper
- Paper towels and napkins
- Shampoo, soap, and hand soap in every bathroom and sink
- Starter laundry detergent
- Toilet paper and one box of Kleenex per bathroom
- Trash bags
Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies beyond the starter set.
A Pak-n-Play or baby travel bed is available to rent for an additional $50 USD. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Nos hospedamos en esta casa por la facilidad de la disposición de baños y cuartos, ya que éramos un total de 7 personas totalmente cumplió la expectativa, organizada, totalmente equipada y la vista maravillosa, eso sí a tomar en cuenta que la calle es de lastre, y la última subida para llegar al garaje se pone un poco resbalosa si llueve, recomendado carro 4x4.

Casa de Palmas has an unbelievable ocean view surrounded by tropical forest. Sitting by the pool was peaceful and serene. The home was airy, thoughtfully laid out, kitchen well-equipped and the suite-style rooms gave our teenagers space of their own! Gary was super helpful with making tour arrangements for us too; it felt like we had a local connection already. I would recommend to arrive in the daytime if possible! Locating it was extremely difficult in the dark.

Family of 6 adults traveling to Costa Rica for the first time. Beautiful views and within easy drive to places we wanted to explore. Great pool to cool off in after a long day exploring! If we visit the area again, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

I finally found my home away from home. This house was spectacular. Very clean and spacious. I wish I stayed here my whole trip. Extremely private, didn’t see or hear a neighbor while staying here. Just so you know, the view isn’t directly of sunset but it was too cloudy to see anyways, it rained every afternoon and evening. The drive definitely needs a 4x4, very steep and unpaved but easy to get used to after driving a few minutes.

Our stay hey was amazing. The house looked exactly as pictured and everything was clean. The view outside was amazing and we loved being surrounded by nature. The hosts provided a binder filled with suggestions from food to tours and things in between! In addition, the kitchen was well stocked and there were also all of our beach needs (i.e towels, chairs, cooler, toys). The kids had a blast! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

Paradise! Casa de Palmas was amazing! The view was out of this world, the pool was relaxing and a good temp too. Each morning we drank our coffee and listened to the monkeys and birds. Our daughter saw 3 toucans near the home too. What a trip of a lifetime! We had all we needed at the house for cooking meals too. Bedrooms and bathrooms were 10/10 We hope to visit again someday, Pura Vida!
