Gipsy es amigable y responde rápido , hay Wifi, el lugar está limpio. No hay tv , ni aire acondicionado en la sala lo que lo hace aburrido para estancias largas. El aire del cuarto no enfría suficiente. Una pata del sofá de la sala estaba quebrada y nos daba miedo sentarnos y caernos☹️ Le falta utensilios de cocina. No había agua caliente ni gas pero ella nos avisó y nos dejó salir 3 horas luego del check out y se le agradece . En general por lo que se paga está bien , solo es darle como decimos nosotros “una manita de gato” o ponerle mas cuidado a algunos detalles .

Gipsy’s place is in desperate need of maintenance so I will start with the negative. The Kitchen cabinets and closet doors are falling apart, walls are stained, kitchen sink was leaking water, bathroom soap holder was rusted, there was only 1 toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, wires were hanging from kitchen ceiling, broken light switch, damaged electrical outlet in bathroom, fridge is very small, there is no extra towels or bed sheets and no hand towels. Be aware the apartment is advertised as 2 bedroom but there is a $20 fee for the 2nd bedroom paid separately from reservation. The apartment was also advertised as 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, that’s inaccurate as there is no sofa bed just a Sofa and the AC is very weak. The pros is centrally located with good security. Personally, for the price I would look at a newer studio design which are now very popular in Panama City.
