Spacious Oceanview- Gated- Palmilla Sur Beach

Our family of 4 and my sister stayed at Julia’s place. We had a great time. Her place is well located and we loved the beautiful view. We went down to the private beach, but the current was a bit too strong for us. We went in the pool nearly everyday and saw very few people. We took advantage of Julia’s recommendations and were never disappointed. Her place was spacious and accommodated us well. We had one issue during our stay and it was quickly resolved. Julia was very responsive and always helpful. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay again.

We were joined by friend and family and everyone loved our lodging. One couple may try to book for a future trip! The location was lovely. The pool was a fantastic asset as the surf was rough at the beach. The walk to the beach through the neighborhood was great, though.

Lots of space to spread out, including a large patio with ocean views. We appreciated Julia's quick responses to our questions: as a group of four women we had a few! The nearby beach in the community, while a walk, was well worth it. The kitchen was very well stocked with great appliances and cooking tools. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear was a real plus.

We had an amazing time at Julia’s! The space is laid out great, beautiful views-we woke up to whales every morning having coffee on the huge patio. En-suite bathrooms in each room was an added bonus. Beaches are very private and gated and nice grocery stores nearby. It may be the most well stocked airbnb-Julia has thought of everything…we’d love to visit again in the future!

Julia was the perfect host. Responsive and helpful in every way... even with random requests (private cars, in home chefs, how do you turn the fan on?); she had quick solution. Really enjoyed our stay a little away from the resort life of Cabo in a private residence. Appreciated daily whale sightings (and having the binoculars from Julia to get a better view). The house was perfect for our group of six. Easy seating for dinner, comfy inside AND outside seating, and what felt like a private pool! I didn't originally realize how close we were to the Tourista Corridor (main highway) so there was a more white noise than expected. Hill up and down to beach was a bonus workout for us... and well-explained by Julia and we thoroughly enjoyed our last morning sunrise there.. followed by a whale show as we walked back up the hill (slapping tail and surely telling us NOT to leave). Felt safe on the property and honestly in San Jose and San Lucas. Chill, relaxed amazing time and space.THX

We LOVED Julia’s place! Had everything we needed for an extended stay and the private beach was incredible.

We very much enjoyed the location and the cleanliness. We did not have any issues that did not help us work through. She also was very clear on the challenges of walking up down the hill to go to the ocean, and the fact it was on the third floor, which was helpful. But we had to experience it for ourselves. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We Loved It – Thank You, Julia! I planned a trip in just one week and looked at five different places, even some that were more expensive. I chose Julia’s place because she shared more info than anyone else. From the very first message, she was super friendly, quick to reply, and made everything easy. Her help with last-minute questions was amazing, and the way she described the condo was spot on. We had an incredible time – and Julia had a lot to do with it. We were nervous about traveling intn’l the first time with our kids and the current climate amplified our worries. Julia’s on point recs and prompt replies were so helpful to ease our concerns. Our family of 5 age 5-12 fit very well in the space. The condo has windows facing the ocean and a fantastic breeze through is created that is heaven coming from the pool or a sweaty walk as you enjoy the desert meets ocean view. Also the beach, while a short drive, is extremely beautiful and feels very exclusive. We went every day & saw alot of wildlife but the undertow was strong for my 5 year old. We really enjoyed meals and exploring San Jose- we loved this location over the resort areas and a rental car is very useful here. One surprise was the road noise from the highway, it was unexpected based on the photos; it didn’t impact our experience but was noticeable in the bedrooms with the windows open not so much on the balcony. Overall great place with priceless guidance from Julia.

There aren’t enough positive words to describe our experience at Casita La Vida! From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the beauty of the space and the thoughtful amenities. Our group loved having meals on the balcony and watching the whales breach (it never got old!). The private beach and shared pool made the experience all the better. Julia is also the best host we have ever encountered - she gave the best recommendations for activities and was always available to answer any questions we had during the visit. We definitely plan to stay here again!
