This elegant and stylish waterfront villa provides all the comforts needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Positioned in the South Shore community of Lighthouse Estates, one of Roatan’s most desirable neighborhoods, the villa overlooks the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of mainland Honduras. The refreshing trade winds help keep the atmosphere cool.

Eagle Ray offers a perfect balance of privacy while being conveniently close to West Bay Beach, approximately a 10-minute walk away. At the beach, guests can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, diving, as well as a variety of restaurants, a small grocery store, shopping options, and nightlife.

Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed by a bright two-story foyer that looks out over the private pool toward the Caribbean Sea. The foyer leads to the main living area and pool deck. A striking wrought iron and tropical hardwood staircase provides access to the primary bedroom suite and one of the guest bedrooms.

The primary bedroom suite features floor-to-ceiling windows, a wrap-around private balcony, and an adjacent sitting area perfect for relaxing and watching the sunrise over the Caribbean. It includes a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet.

On the same upper level, there is a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet.

An exterior staircase leads to the third guest bedroom, which is the most private. This room offers a queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a closet, and a private deck with comfortable seating and stunning sea views.

The main level includes an additional room with pool access and sea views, furnished with a pull-out couch and a full bathroom, providing sleeping arrangements for a seventh or eighth guest.

The gourmet kitchen on the main floor boasts granite countertops, hardwood cabinetry, and high-end KitchenAid stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped for preparing meals and dining in. The open-plan design connects the kitchen to an elegantly furnished dining area and living room, surrounded by glass sliders that open to the pool, sunning deck, and exceptional views of the sea and the mountains of mainland Honduras.

Eagle Ray comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with the option to host eight using the pull-out couch.
