Unlike many properties, Roatan Breeze benefits from private property managers who live within walking distance.
The Space
Situated in a private community, Roatan Breeze features elegant tile flooring throughout the main living area and bedrooms. The home includes:
- Two full bathrooms:
- One en suite to the first-floor bedroom
- One on the second floor
Both bathrooms have walk-in showers, granite vanities, and double sinks.
- A half bathroom located adjacent to the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen contains all the essentials for cooking and includes a propane gas grill on the entrance patio.
Guest accommodations span three levels:
- First floor: Primary king bedroom with private en suite and patio access.
- Second floor: Private king bedroom with balcony.
- Third floor: Semi-private turret with a queen bed and a single bunk bed, not visible from other parts of the house.
Additional sleeping space is available on the second-floor landing with a queen-sized bed. All king bedrooms and the turret have individual air conditioning units. The second-floor landing is cooled by the living room and turret air conditioners, plus a ceiling fan.

Really enjoyed the house on the hill. Quiet spot with good views. Everything worked well. Well furnished for what you need to stay. The key is this is a R&R place - great for rest and relaxation.

We stayed here for a week. There were 6 of us and we were quite comfortable. The view is breathtaking and the pictures just can't do it justice. Very walkable or drivable to west bay beach. We bought groceries as well and had all we needed to cook and enjoy some time at the house as well. Would definitely stay again.

One of the things that stood out the most to us was your attention to detail with your instructions regarding use of the house as well recommendations to restaurants and activities in the area. We would definitely recommend others to stay in your home. Additionally we do plan to revisit your home in the near future.

We just got back from a week at Roatan Breeze and it was perfect! The house looked exactly like the photos and our party of 9 fit comfortably. The porch is amazing, we hung out there often. While it appears far from the beach/shops, the walk really only took about 10 minutes (just be prepared for some hills!). Overall amazing spot and great experience

Fantastic house for a family that likes to cook. Plenty of space for our family of 5 so everyone could spread out. Kitchen was well equipped and we had the pool to ourselves for the entire week we visited. We had a rental car for the week which was a must.

Roatan Breeze! What a fantastic place! This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The pool area is lovely. There is a great restaurant that is walking distance from the house and many other great locations that are just a 10 min easy drive. The VEIWS are amazing and morning coffee with a beautiful ocean view was a perfect way to start every day. The House Manager is super responsive and easy to contact. The Owners gave us the best communication before and during our stay that we have ever received from a Host. Tons of recommendations to make our first trip to Roatan an amazing memory for our family. We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need and then some… they truly thought of everything. The property manager, Anita, is such a doll. So sweet and helpful. Such a peaceful place and the views were phenomenal.
