The Space

This elegant and tasteful beachfront apartment in Real Diamante offers direct access to a white sand beach and features a large private terrace. Situated in a low-rise building, the luxury residence includes an expansive terrace with panoramic ocean views and a plunge pool.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms, each having an ensuite bathroom:

• Master bedroom: King-size bed, private balcony overlooking the ocean, ensuite bathroom with double vanity marble sinks, jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower, and closet space.
• Second master bedroom: Direct access to the main terrace, ensuite bathroom with marble sink, walk-in shower, and closet space.
• Third bedroom: Two side-by-side single beds, ensuite bathroom with marble sink, walk-in shower, and closet space.
• Fourth bedroom: Two side-by-side double beds, small private balcony with views of the garden, pool, and ocean, ensuite bathroom with double vanity marble sinks, walk-in shower, and closet space.

An additional small bed can be arranged upon request.

The fully equipped kitchen is spacious, bright, and modern, including appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, juicer, and blender, along with all necessary cooking equipment and full service for your group.

The dining and living areas are ample and open directly onto the main terrace. Furnished simply and tastefully, the space ensures comfort without concern for the furniture.

The large terrace overlooks the sea and Revolcadero beach and includes a built-in Jacuzzi pool (not heated). It offers uninterrupted panoramic views of both sunrise inland and sunset over the ocean. Binoculars are provided for guests to enjoy the diverse wildlife, including sea and shore birds, dolphins, various fish species, and seasonal sea turtles nesting on the beach.

The apartment features rustic stone flooring that remains cool and discreet recessed lighting throughout. A gentle ocean breeze keeps the living and sleeping areas comfortable, supplemented by silent overhead fans in each room. Note that the apartment does not have air conditioning.

Location

The property is situated in the Diamante region of Acapulco, known as "New Acapulco." It is less than 15 minutes from the main Acapulco Bay and downtown, offering a distinct environment characterized by enhanced security and luxury.

This newly developed area is only 15 minutes from the airport and provides easy access to supermarkets, a high-end shopping center, restaurants, and other amenities. Unlike Acapulco city, it avoids crowds, urban congestion, and the typical tourist or spring-break atmosphere.

Guests arriving from the international airport or Mexico City by road can reach the property without driving through the city.

The Development and Apartment Complex

The apartment is part of the exclusive, family-oriented Real Diamante complex located within the upscale Punta Diamante development. The complex consists of five low-rise buildings housing a total of 30 units.

Security is a priority, with three layers of 24-hour private security. Access from the road is strictly controlled, and security personnel are present around the clock within the complex. All on-site staff undergo thorough vetting, background checks, and searches upon entry and exit. The development is family-friendly, with the main security concern being occasional visits from raccoons from the nearby forested area.

The common area, located one floor below the apartment and accessible by stairs, offers:

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the apartment and all common areas within the complex, including the pools, gym, bar, game area, and beach access.
