The Space
This modern condo offers three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, located just one block from Mamita's Beach and close to the vibrant area of 5th Avenue, known for its excellent shops and restaurants. The unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Each bedroom includes air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom. The master bedroom upstairs features a king-size bed, while the two additional bedrooms each contain two queen beds. The condo also has a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry facilities, and one garage parking space.
Guests can enjoy a spacious balcony that is shaded in the afternoons, perfect for relaxing.

Note: The rooftop pool remains open, although floorboard repairs on one side will continue until mid-April. The full pool area is accessible, and guests may also use the neighboring rooftop pool. With only 12 units in the building, the rooftop often feels private.
Location
The condo is situated just one block from Mamita's Beach and within easy walking distance of the best section of 5th Avenue, offering convenient access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
Important Rules
To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, the building enforces strict condo regulations. By booking, guests agree to comply with these rules and acknowledge that fines will be applied if violations persist after one warning:
- No parties, loud music, or noise after 9 PM ($500 USD fine)
- No towels hung on balcony railings ($100 USD fine)
- No glass containers on the rooftop; plastic cups are provided ($100 USD fine)
Most guests adhere to these guidelines without issue.
Electricity Policy
- Nightly and weekly stays include 50 kWh of electricity per day. Any usage beyond this is charged at 7 pesos per kWh.
- Monthly renters pay electricity separately at 7 pesos per kWh and must provide a larger refundable deposit to cover electricity expenses. This deposit is refunded at the end of the stay, minus any outstanding balance.
Guest Access
- Rooftop pool closes at 9 PM
- Self check-in with keyless entry
Additional Notes
This condo is not suitable for parties. Monthly renters are responsible for all electricity costs during their stay, calculated at 7 pesos per kWh, and must provide a larger deposit to cover these expenses. The deposit is returned after the stay, less any charges for electricity usage.

Despite the big inconvenience of having a blackout the first night with no electricity, air conditioner, or water due to a neighborhood electrical problem, we got past that and thankfully had a great stay. Location was everything we would have wanted! Close enough to 5th Avenue, the beach and Calle 28 and tucked away perfectly for peace and quiet and the amazing advantage of having a rooftop pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family of six had an incredible 10-night stay at Kelly and Jacques' beautiful condo in PDC. We have been coming to Playa for years as a family, and this condo was by far the best one we've stayed at out of all of them! The layout was amazing, beds for each of our four sons, and plenty of bathroom space for everyone! My wife and I got the private upstairs loft bedroom, giving us our own little getaway from the kids. Our boys loved the rooftop pool and sun beds, with amazing views of the ocean & surrounding buildings/rooftops. The location of the condo was perfect - only steps away from fifth Avenue and Mamita's Beach (our favorite beach in Playa). With a 7ELEVEN and OXXO right across the street, and CHEDRAUI grocery store only 500 m away, everything was an easy walk to get whatever we needed! We can't wait to stay here again! Take our word for it… This place has everything you need and you won't regret staying here!

The neighbourhood is amazing — very close to the beach and within walking distance to 5th Avenue. We only stayed one night, but the place was clean and exactly as described. The sofa was a bit old and slightly inconvenient, and the doors were somewhat noisy when opening and closing. The common areas were also a bit hot and humid, though that shouldn’t be an issue since you won’t be spending much time there. A big jug of water was left in the place, which we really appreciated. Just a quick note for future visitors: the entrance has a few steps to go up, which could be slightly inconvenient if you’re travelling with heavy luggage. Overall, a good stay in a great location.
