The Space

Apricari consists of three separate buildings: the Main House, Casita, and Studio.
Main House
- Master Bedroom: King bed, spacious closet, en-suite bathroom with stone shower, double sinks, and an outdoor bathtub
- Second Bedroom: King bed, dresser, mirror, and nightstands
- Third Bedroom: Bunk beds with two full-size mattresses and a tall chest
- Spare Bathroom: Shower, sink, and toilet
- Kitchen: Dishwasher, gas stove/oven, large refrigerator, blender, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, granite countertops, and a spacious island
- Living/Dining Room: Open-concept space featuring a dining table for six, a large sectional sofa, and wall-to-wall sliding glass doors offering panoramic views
- Main Deck: Multiple seating areas including an outdoor sectional, dining table for eight, rocking chairs, and a gas BBQ
- Pool: Available for all guests
- Carport Parking: Space for three to four vehicles, accessible to guests
Casita
- Bedroom: Queen bed, nightstands, and closet
- Living Room: Queen-size sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress and two oversized chairs
- Dining Area: Table with four chairs
- Kitchen: Gas stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and granite countertops
- Deck: Multiple chairs and side table with spectacular views
- Bathroom: Shower, sink, and toilet
Studio
- Living/Bedroom: Queen bed and queen-size sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress
- Kitchen: Gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and granite countertops
- Bathroom: Shower, sink, and toilet
- Deck: Multiple chairs and side table with beautiful views
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property except for the storage room on the carport level and the loft in the main house, which are reserved for staff use only.

Un lugar excepcional con todas las amenidades que necesites, un servicio al cliente de excelencia, mantenimiento de todas las instalaciones, todo nuevo, les recomiendo 100% éste lugar, Definitivamente vamos a regresar con mi familia, un lugar seguro, tranquilo y con ubicación estratégica con todas las amenidades posibles! La mejor playa de Roatán a menos de 10 minutos, etc sin duda lo mejor de lo mejor en Roatán.

This was a beautiful location with cold AC and comfortable beds! Only downfall was the hot water - only 1 shower had hot water. But a cold shower was not bad after long hot days of exploring.

What a find in Roatan! Beautiful hilltop villa with sounds of the ocean. We all enjoyed hanging out on the veranda. The main home, casita and studio come very well stocked and the main home has an amply outfitted kitchen and grill - great for feeding a family. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Very responsive owner who responded promptly to all questions and provided quality local recommendations. Only tip - the road to the East side of the island can get somewhat rough with potholes and water when it rains. I would recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle if available when staying here.

This place exceeded our expectations. Yes, it looks beautiful in the pictures, but doesn't compare to being there. The secluded road made it so peaceful, being the only house on the road. Kitchen was modern with appliances that are high quality, a joy to work in and we all fit to do different tasks. Pool was clean and perfect temperature with great surrounding area. All the details in handiwork and craftsmanship was astonishing to find in an Airbnb. Our team of 6 felt pampered after long working days. All AC units were new and functioned perfectly. The living room in main house was wonderful with views worthy of many photo ops and comfortable. I can't say enough about the well planned spaces and wonderful atmosphere this place has. Would come and stay here again in a heartbeat. Even in the rain the views amaze. Last but not least, having washers and dryers that were new and functioning was a delight.

en palabras cortas un lugar mágico para ir a disfrutar de la belleza de la naturaleza, para un chef la casa ideal con todos los elementos necesarios, desde que llegas la casa te envuelve en ese abrazo de tu hogar, luego vas al balcón y ves esa maravillosa vista y agradeces el estar allí. super recomendado de lo mejor.
