Stay in one of Nosara's most coveted tiny homes and enjoy a 3-minute walk to an incredible surf beach. This 40-ft container home provides luxury living indoors with beautiful, cozy outdoor space on a low traffic jungle road that leads to the mouth of the Rio Nosara and Playa Nosara. From this location in the Playa Pelada neighborhood, you can walk the trails to Playa Pelada in 7 minutes, drive 5 or walk 20 to central Pelada's cafes, restaurants, and shops, and drive 10 minutes to Playa Guiones. The space Designed to provide jungle and residential views from each room, guests enjoy endless natural light, a large balcony, a queen bed, and new appliances, including a gas stove. The furniture throughout the entire house and deck has been custom built using locally harvested teak. The windows and balcony overlook a dead-end dirt road that leads 200 meters from the house to the beach (Playa Nosara - a wildlife reservation where you will find breathtaking nature and wildlife year around). You can see the surfers and fisherman on their way to the beach while you enjoy the morning sun on the balcony. Playa Pelada, our stunning favourite beach, is an 10-12 minute walk away. Or keep following Playa South and after about 25 minutes you'll find yourself on Playa Guiones. Enjoy tiny house living without giving up comfort. Bonus: We have toilets that you can flush the paper down (a rarity here in Nosara), the wifi is strong, and ww have a back-up water system to ensure you unlimited water even in the dry season. NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN OR TODDLERS. Guest access Guests can access the 2nd floor container home by a covered outdoor spiral staircase. Other things to note Note: Price is discounted in December and January due to potential work being done on new suites. Most of the work will be indoors and quiet, but there may be some tool noise from time to time. Cajas Surf (Surf Boxes) is located steps away from the Ostional Wildlife Reserve where you'll find stunning secluded beaches, incredible surf during the dry season (December through May), and protected trails with diverse wildlife and nature to explore. There is a friendly cat that lives on the property. Howler monkeys come through the property regularly, and also armadillos, pizotes, and occasionally a grey fox. Your private deck is also the perfect spot to bird watch.

We had a great stay at Todd & Brea’s beautiful space in the jungle. Highly recommend staying here if you’re planning on visiting Nosara. It’s so close to the beach, biological reserve and full of wildlife encounters - armadillos, howler monkeys and birds. I also recommend taking an archery lesson with Todd whether you’re a beginner or have some experience.

loved staying at brea & todd’s- one of the most beautoful porches i’ve hung out at. got to see and hear a few monkeys from afar and chilled under the tropical rain. place near playa pelada which was gorgeous, but you definitely need a car to get around!

This place was adorable and seeing the pets was a plus! Definitely recommend a 4x4 car since the roads leading up are rough. Todd was really nice and was always just a text away. This area is so peaceful and we always felt safe!

We had a great time in Nosara and found this location to be close enough to great restaurants and the beach but back enough for a peaceful getaway. The porch was an amazing hangout space and we saw lots of wildlife pass through.

We loved our stay at the container. It was close to nature which is exactly what we wanted. We saw coatis, raccoons, tons of howler monkeys (yes they will wake you!), and many birds including a motmot. Beautiful short jungle walk to Playa Peleda, also a short walk to the lively Playa Nosara. Short drive or bike ride to bars and restaurants. The container was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, work out, and relax. Todd was very nice and responsive (he lives in the bottom floor).

Very beautiful place. Great amenities, so close to the beach and fabulous balcony. Brea gave great restaurant recommendations and a great referral for surfing lessons. If in Nosara, this is THE place to stay.

I loved my stay at this container home in Nosara. The space is beautiful, and I really appreciated clear directions to help me find the place and tips for getting around and recommendations for things to do. I was debating renting a car and was really glad I did. Great stay, overall.
