The self-contained kitchen gives guests an opportunity to whip up meals to their fancy. We also have barbecue facilities, as well as many dining options nearby. We are 5 minutes away from the beach. The space Villas Verdes is an oasis of tranquility. It has a luscious green environment, and also a rancho where you can do your meditation, yoga, reading, or just chilling out. We have villas for everyone - by the poolside, as well as larger units behind, which face the greenery. Guest access You do have access to the entire property. Beautiful lodging and grounds just a few minutes walk from the beach. Though Samara can be bustling at times, our villa always felt quiet and secluded. The staff on site were friendly and helpful as well, and maintained all the amenities excellently. Would definitely return for another stay and try to explore more of the surrounding area.

Der Garten vor dem Appartement war wunderschön und der Pool und der Whirlpool ein tägliches delight. Der Strand ist supper zu Fuss erreichbar und auch für die Shops und Restaurants ist kein Fahrzeug nötig. Die Küche ist nützlich aber nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Zudem hatten wir diverse Ameisenpopulationen vor allem in der Küche aber auch in den Zimmern. Zum Glück kamen die Reinigungsladies täglich und die Rezeption hat uns bei allen Leiden versucht zu helfen. Das Wifi war leider schwach und in den Zimmern gar nicht nutzbar.

We had a lovely stay in villa #6. It was a perfect location, close to the beach and the downtown while still being quiet and peaceful. The rooms were exactly what we needed for our family. They set up a travel crib for our toddler in advance and the outdoor space was beautiful and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Samara.

Villa Verdes was a great place to stay in Samara. It definitely fit the cool organic peaceful vibe of the area. Perfect spot to walk all over town from. We will be back!

We were able to check in a few minutes early. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Easy walk to the beach. We had a semi-private pool outside our villa which was delightful along with a beautiful patio. Our space was located more to the back of the property which reduced street noise and walking traffic greatly. Kitchen and rooms were clean and bathrooms were fine as well. Hot water varied a bit. Overall, very nice location. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in villa #6 and it was perfect! Beautiful setting with a semi private pool and jacuzzi. Beds were comfortable. WiFi was a bit lacking - in and out in the back bedroom - but we were informed of that when we checked in and it wasn’t a problem for us. Just a short walk to the beach and close to everything in town. Each morning we heard howler monkeys and could see them in the trees in the lot next door! The outdoor area was so nice and peaceful. There was only one bedside table and lamp in the bedroom, seems to be the case with a lot of places we’ve stayed, so we grabbed a lamp from another bedroom and used a suitcase as a table. The next day we came back after housekeeping had been there and found not only a clean place with fresh towels and linens but also an additional bedside table! So thoughtful! Highly recommend Villas Verde!

The week spent at Villas Verdes was great, location didn't disappoint, staff is friendly and helpful, the property is well taken care of and feels peaceful and relaxing, at the same time very close to amenities in town.
