It is close to the best places to visit in Managua, and it has easy access to highway Carretera Masaya, so it's convenient to visit other places in our beautiful Nicaragua. Only 50 min to Granada, 1 h 30m away from the beach, 1h 44m to Leon, and 2h 15m to San Juan del Sur. This is the perfect location either you are visiting for business or pleasure. The space 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Large terrace and garden. Open concept kitchen. Private parking. 2 rooms with 2 double beds and 2 rooms with 1 double bed each. All bedrooms have AC units. Guest access Property manager on site. He’ll greet you when you arrive. His apartment is separate from the common areas.

Gina is a great host , house is close to galerías and other places it accommodates well, beds are comfortable and ac works perfect ! Nice backyard Everything works perfectly! Gina and I had great communication ! New appliances ! Safe and gated house

It is located in a hard place to access. No TV, no AC in one room and no hot water. Shower with cold water!

This places was amazing. Everything as described by the host and pictures. Beautiful and well maintained. We love the cleanliness, very spacious, and peaceful. Excellent place to relax with the family. The area was nice, lots of places to go to. Restaurants, malls, and plaza. Great places to and grab a bite. The host was very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the area. She gave us great tips where to go and places to visit. Definitely recommend this place. This is definitely our place to stay in our next vacation. We love it!
