The Space
Nocturna Sahara is a unique villa composed of two connected townhouses, featuring eight bedrooms, two kitchens, and four private plunge pools. Biking is highly recommended for getting around Tulum, though dedicated parking is available for those renting a car. Private drivers and local taxi contacts can be arranged, but street-hailing taxis often offer the best rates.

The house was very clean. Val gave us so many local recommendations of places to eat and even set up all of our concierge services for various beach clubs and our Tequila Tasting at the house. She was super responsive for any and all issues.

We had a great time! Hosts were very friendly and it was in a great location. Would definitely be aware of the split between the houses but we just meshed a lot of things together to feel more united. Be aware of the 10 pm curfew (very strict) and limited hot water.

Estuvo bien, buen lugar, agradable. Bastante grande, fuimos 16 personas y bastante espacioso para todos, sin embargo el hecho de que sean dos casas unidas nos hizo distanciarnos un poco. Lo único malo que puedo decir es el guardia, nada amigable… desde la llegada que le pedimos ayuda no cooperaba con nada. Bastante grosero, me comentó ese momento de la llegada que no podíamos hacer ruido después de las 10 y es correcto, así se aclaró desde un principio, yo le dije amablemente que éramos un grupo grande y controlar el sonido podía ser difícil pero que me avisara y le bajamos al ruido solo eso… sin embargo, en lugar de avisarnos que estábamos haciendo ruido llegaba de la nada grabándonos e invadiendo privacidad y amenazando que llamaría a la policía… El resto estuvo bien, el billar un poco descuidado pero de ahí en fuera bastante linda la propiedad.

The hosts were soooo helpful in coordinatng our trip! Quentin answered right away when I asked about the bnb and Val was basically our trip coordinator/concierge! I can't say enough nice things about them. It was very clean, had plenty of towels and separate beach towels as well. The only bad part was that we booked this for a bachelor/bachelorette, and I did not know that the walls were so thin. We really did not have music on that loud, but with 18 people talking at the same time and drinking it gets loud. The neighbors were really aggressive cursing us out and called the security on us, and even turned off our breaker at night so we had 30 minutes without any power until we figured it out.

It was exactly like photos - i enjoyed the location, amenities, gym and community area is awesome. It was quiet at night and surround be jungle. Ruins are right next door you can see them from the top. Only thing would have changed is to come when it’s a bit cooler. Late May was warmer than i expected. House manager is very responsible, responsive and kind. They care about your stay. We had a group of 10 girls. Coffee was spectacular and included which was a perk for me.
