CR SURF House

This house has been updated since the photos were taken. It is even nicer in person. All of the rooms were nice. The kitchen was large. The pool in the backyard was great for our toddler. Mike and Jose were very helpful and accommodating. Always responsive. We loved this house!!

The rental is part of a closed, safe community. The location of the house was very convenient: just a few minutes away from the beach and a great community pool with a bar and restaurant. The house was clean and had all the amenities necessary for our stay. Having a private pool was a big plus. Mike was very responsive to our requests and went above and beyond with providing additional items for our little ones (high chair, pack and play) to make our experience in Costa Rica a special one. We enjoyed the wildlife surrounding the property (Iguanas, macaws, toucans, monkeys) and great sunsets views. We hope to be able to visit this beautiful place again soon!

Beatiful house in a wonderful community near beach! House was exceptionally clean and had more than ample space to accommodate our family of 4. Our kids loved both the small pool in backyard as well as the community pool. House is located a short drive from Jaco so we could go enjoy the restaurants in town but far enough away to enjoy quiet family evenings. Loved our stay and hope to be back!

This house is located in a beautiful gated community of surf houses. The house is beautiful and artistic and felt very homey from the moment we arrived. All essentials are provided and if not there’s a 24/7mini mart within 6mins drive. This is a great place for a group of friends or family! The playa hermosa beach is a gem...it’s clean and not packed (make sure to catch the sunset when it’s not cloudy) words can’t do it justice! But apart from all the above Mike was simply outstanding in terms of communicating and keeping in touch with prompt responses to any small questions we had! Can’t wait to visit this place again :) Thanks Mike!

My family and I had incredible time during our stay at Hermosa Palms. The house was so clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Mike was a very efficient and thoughtful host...when the A/C unit in one of the bedrooms broke, Mike had it fixed within hours. All of the staff on the grounds were friendly and made us feel welcome. Yo-go’s cafe has the best food and drinks! The pool and beach was about a 5 minute walk and had plenty of chairs and shade to relax and watch the surfers in the morning. We can’t wait to come back!

Michael's place, like the last time, was really great, private, friendly and it really felt like home. I'm sure I will be visiting his place often. Also he was a great host and very attentive during our stay.
