• No parties are allowed.
• Visitors, taxis, or food deliveries require prior notification so the guard can grant access, as only registered names are permitted entry.
• While the house is generally free of bugs, occasional harmless insects like ants or beetles may appear depending on the season.
• Wi-Fi and electricity are reliable, with backup systems in place; however, brief outages may occur and are beyond the control of the property.

Transportation and Vehicle Recommendations

The villa is perched atop a steep hill accessible via a paved road in excellent condition. A 4x4 vehicle or ATV is recommended for ease of travel.
